College Garden Hotel

This was much more that l can wish, very big room for this price and very nice men in reception, he give me room on the end of corridor that was very quiet as l ask him because l was very tired from driving and there was some christmas celebration, so everthing was great, very clean room with free parking, l will come back for sure.

A very good breakfast. The hotel itself is spacious, with free parking.

The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was really good. Good lication!

When we arrived there was nobody on the front desk and we waited for 15 min, also no free parking and when we booked it said that the hotel has parking but it was not mentioned that they have parking for 10 cars only. When i said this to the employee he said he did not even wants to discuss about it because its not his problem and we can goand find a parking on the street. If we didn't pay in advance when we booked I would immediately leave!

The hotel doesn’t look very attractive from the outside or upon entering ;), but the rooms have modern, spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a balcony.The receptionist and the manager were very kind — the manager responded to my message about a late arrival right away.Good, varied breakfast. Nice surroundings with a park and greenery. Plenty of parking spaces.

It would be nice if there were an electric kettle in the room and the possibility to make a hot drink upon arrival.

They have a room where I could safely store my bike for the night. The supermarket is in walking distance, enough restaurants in walking distance.

No nonsense about this hotel deceptively comfortable it is reminiscent of college accommodation but updated. Very good breakfast and staff friendly.

Semi confusing layout but acceptable

What a great hotel.We made a mistake and booked a family room for 2 people instead of 4.The receptionist helped us a lot and made sure we only add a little extra for the meals for 2 others.What great service.Breakfast was great.Good vegan options.Helpful staff.Nice old town close to the air port Vienna and nice towns to pass a day or two.Room had good A/C and big comfortable beds.

The hotel was OK, but being woken up before 7 by the loud noise of the hotel staff was disappointing

It is very difficult for me to rate the hotel. The rooms were fine, clean, breakfast was good. It would be great if the hotel staff didn't start making noise outside our door before 7 am. They were pushing heavy carts and packing glass bottles (loudly), causing a lot of noise. We booked a room for two adults with a 2-year-old child. We arrived very tired after a long journey, and despite the hotel not being full, we were given a room next to the technical room of the staff. Such a wake-up call was very unpleasant and unacceptable. Our stay, despite everything else being fine, became unpleasant because of this.

Rudeness from the reception staff. The person who was working at the reception at the time of our stay behaved very unprofessionally and made certain conclusions on a subjective level. Without checking among their documents, which in the end must be their job, they wanted to charge us for the night's stay, which we had already paid through our bank account using the Booking application. If we hadn't mentioned that we had already paid everything in advance, they would have charged us for that night's stay (because we had already taken out the money that the receptionist asked for). Fortunately, at the last minute, we rechecked the conditions of our reservation and saw that we do not need to pay for the night's stay at the reception because we have already done it through the booking application. In spite of all that, the receptionist in question still persisted in telling us about various laws and convinced us that her colleague had made a mistake. To which we replied that it was fine, but that this was not the way to talk to guests and to tell us, I quote, "you came down from the room very nervous". Is that the way to talk to a guest to whom you wanted to charge for a night's stay for which he had already paid. Until that moment, we were looking forward to the wonderful hotel. But we were very disappointed by the reception staff.

friendly staff , free parking

the noise between the rooms and no blackout curtaiuns..

Good location from me visiting family. Near to the open air baths and Heuriger wine gardens. Surrounding areas are pretty with high pine trees. The manager was very helpful upon arrival. He organised a family meal at very short notice.

Unfortunately the bar closed early on a couple of nights. 7pm one night and 9pm another .

Lovely layout with respect to the rooms. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is close to the thermal baths. Perfect for a getaway

Towels had a funky smell

Clean, room with balcony with a park view, close to the center and thermal bad - though situated in the middle of the hill. The hotel is in the quiet part of the city. Comfortable bed, We just spent one night there so I cannot say much about personnel or some hotel facilities.
