Hotel Exel

Clean, wonderful people who work there and location was great.

Breakfast was just okay and the coffee machine was being cleaned in the middle of breakfast so they couldn?t make a latte. Ate dinner there as well and the Wiener schnitzel was good, but the potatoes were not good at all. Not enough salt/flavor.

Friendly staff, room size, bathroom looks

Beds are comfy but rather low compared to what I am used to.We booked the wrong room category and did not have a shower (bathtub only). Our mistake.

Loud street bar late at night. Not good at all.No air conditioner working- management said it was broken.

Very nice 4 star hotel, clean and comfortable. We didnt pay for breakfast but parking was included. Staff super firendly.

GREAT location, free parking nearby, extravagant breakfast & pet friendly…

We booked (non-refundable option) this particular hotel because it listed as amenities an elevator, a/c, sauna & a fridge in the room… upon check-in we learned the elevator was inop… not great as I have knee issues & we had our pups… once we schlepped our things up to our room we found no fridge (cabinet was there but empty), a/c didn’t work (July!) & the rollladen blinds had a note not to close them as they were inop too… went down to the spa area hoping for a little relaxation… found furniture piled in the solarium & the sauna didn’t appear ready for guests… oh brother ? Went to reception & spoke with attendant—she was quite kind & apologetic… for our troubles & disappointment she comp’d our breakfast the following morning… the elevator was fixed before checkout—both of which we appreciated immensely…

Very clean, centrally located, friendly staff and very good breakfast.

All was good.

Location, nice bathroom, confy beds

not comfy pillow cases (personal preferences for smaller ones)

Clean, nice location, parking

Very kind staff, great brekfast, spacious room and bathroom.

Clean, excelent breakfast, nice staff, big room, great location

Excellent location, clean and really large rooms, great facilities, friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Location

Room with tv on a wall, you couldn’t really watch while lying on the bedDoor of the room not easy to lockBreakfast okToo expensive

The hotel is a bit dated but the staff was good and it was good value overall.

price super breakfast very tasty location the best in the world John from Florida

The staff was very friendly. At breakfast, the staff was very helpful and got us non-pork options that were not initially on the buffet. The room was spacious and we liked the separate toilet from the bathroom.

The shower was leaky and spraying from the side of the hose. Additionally it was not very convenient to get into and out of. The bed has two separate mattresses which is not overly comfortable.

Free parking, very spacious and quiet room. Quick check-in

On 3 consecutive mornings, the crockery and glasses for breakfast were not sufficiently clean. It was difficult to find any without stains from tea or orange juice

The hotel is pleasantly located in the city center.

Room 209. There is constant humming in the toilet and bathroom. It sounds like sucking or sucking something. The room does not have a functional air conditioner. With the window open, there is a lot of noise from outside all night - traffic, drunk people...I was only staying for one night (thankfully).. After returning from breakfast (about 9 a.m. I hadn't checked out yet) I found the door to my room wide open, all my belongings placed on the chair, and the cleaning lady already working in the room.

Clean, big room. Hotel located in the center of town. Good breakfast

Musty ambiance, like a left-over from the 80s without much flair or any kind of welcoming atmosphere

Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable and quiet room.

Nice place to stay in Amstetten with good breakfast
