Le Luxe Suites Hotel

Size of the room was more than ample to accommodate 4 member family.

Spa and Pool wasn't available as advertised. They closed due to an event.

Greetings,Staff,Location and spacious area with acceptable furniture according to price

Furniture needs renovation There is an annoying odor in the building and apartment

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything. There are many supermarkets and stylish cafés within walking distance. The bathroom had both a handheld bidet and a Turkish-style one, which was a great touch. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist.Highly recommended

I liked everything

Everything from the staff to the room was very good, especially Tarek. He was very helpful all the time and was always willing to provide help whenever we needed it

While many things were good there were some small damages to the room we stayed in, but that's a nitpick and didn't ruin our stay at all. An included breakfast would probably make this hotel a top pick in Bursa.

Very cleanNo smoking smellFriendly staff Parking

Smoke smell at the corridor

The fellow at the front desk even helped me get into the parking space. And they have this great Turkish Bath and sets of saunas downstairs. Even though this hotel is not classified as a five star hotel the people were extremely helpful and I would say it is five star service. They even had blackout curtains which I think some travelers would be very happy with.

Excellent location near all facilities The staff is so friendly and nice people Clean place and Quite

Some time you my hear the traffic noise at the noon time but that is not big issues

Reception staff were friendly and helpingCleaning of flat is available dailyClean towels and drinking water is supplied dailyLocation was good near to so many good restaurants and mallsFlat was spacious Parking available but not easy

Bathrooms were so smellyShower Handel was broken and leaks waterKitchen was so poor in its supplies and no coffee or tea or sugar were provided Lift sometimes is delayed or stuck in last floor due to transfer of laundry so u have to wait few minutes Entering and exiting the parking in front of hotel is not easy as it is on main road Master bedroom has small bathroom while small room has big bathroom

Friendly staff and nice location.

Bedbugs found on beds caused health issues to my kids. AC was not helpful at night. Traffic noise for rooms close to window.

Great central location on main road right opposite carrefour. Apartment was spacious, one bedroom was just sufficient for 2 single beds. The sofa bed is quite small but they provided us a mattress. Qasim was a great host at reception.

Good location ,everything near you and the staff are great

The water in the toilet is very cold and the water in the master bedroom comes outside to the room,in the second bedroom you can hear the pepole in the next room because of poor isolation..

The staff and especially Mert were very pleasant and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The floors are also heated which is noce. When we had a problem with our room because the heater was too warm, they found a solution for us. The location was also perfect l, easy access to many destinations by car. The shower had hot water and good pressure as well as a hand held biddet shower.

There is no restaurant inside the hotel, you do get free Turkish coffee or tea served to the guests, but a little cafe would really elevate the place.

The staff is perfect and very good location and very clean

Stayed one night. Nice apartments, there are everything you need for your stay. Room is clean. Hospitable staff, reception open 24 hours. Free parking, supermarket 5 min. away. Good value for money.

All great. Friendly staff, clean and spacious apartment with a view on the city, shop, restaurant and cafe's in a close distance.

StaffCleaning Location

Friendly staff and location.

There is a bad smell coming from the manhole/sewer in all the bathrooms. We needed more bathroom accessories such as soap holder, towel hanger behind the door, toothbrush holder and those basic needs. The wall cladding is very cheap, it's made from spongelike material, very weak and damaged.

Everything was excellent in terms of cleanliness, location, proximity to services, and the gathering of the work staff,

Fantastic welcoming staff, great rooms, high end decor, comfortable beds and apartment set up. I honestly didn't want to leave. Front desk staff, especially Tarek, were phenomenal! He went above and beyond with his service. He made sure our group of 26 people were accommodated and comfortable for our entire stay.

That they don't have a Le Luxe hotel in Istanbul and we had to check out :(
