BURSA GRAND FAMILY HOTEL

Top location, affordable price, great breakfast, nice employies.

Small room without place to leave the luggage on the floor. We was 3 pax with only one big and one small piece of luggage.Bad smell from the bathroom.AC heating was problematic with sudden breakdowns and errors.

The location is great! Just about everything else was not great. I travel often and this was one of the most uncomfortable stays. The shower pressure was nice. Bed was comfortable to lay on (minus sheets being too small and blanket being too small).

The rooms are tiny. They’re incredibly dated. I was in a room with a king bed and the sheets didn’t even fit around the bed. The blanket barely covered 2 bodies. Floors needed a good mopping. The breakfast was nothing great. Not sure how it has such a high rating on booking.com. Check google’s reviews for more accurate rating. I wouldn’t have stayed here if the rating was more accurate (my fault for not cross-checking with google).

Location was excellent

The electricity went of several times during our stay during the evening. Nobody was coming to inform us. There was no emergency lights in the room.

The location is very central. The area is surrounded by local shops or markets. A bit busy to the parking space (walking distance) since we arrived by car.

Maybe to upgrade on the room lighting. It is a bit gloomy.

The Location is exceptional since it was opposite to the grand mosque. The staff spoke English really well and helped us carry the luggage to our rooms. The reception and dining hall were spacious and well decorated.Overall I recommend this hotel for families just like how I booked 2 rooms for 5 of us.

Breakfast was not varied and mostly served cold.

Very accessible to metro, bus and tourist destination.

Location, staff, Generosity, their concern about each and every small detail that will help guest has a comfortable stay especially the pre-arranged parking.

Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable. The host was responsive from the moment we booked, and check-out was effortless. Five stars all the way.”Close to the bursa town.. and close to the grand mosque..Fantastic location.

Location and breakfast

No lift to access the top floors

Clean and comfortable rooms, the breakfast is good, and a great location close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel does not offer parking, and nearby options are costly.

Staff were very polite, beds and towels were clean

Bathroom need to be maintenance its old, like shower doors and closet

Near the center, nice breakfast and helpful staff

Friendly staff. The establishment looked like a freshly restored historic building. Within walking distance from the bazaar. Good breakfast.

Nothing to complain.

Staff

No elevator No cleaning every daySome old mattresses

Location couldn't be better, it is in epicenter of Bursa. Nice hotel with fair price - we had nice stay and rest there.

It's the second year that I stopped for 1 night, so I knew the location; the breakfast is very good, the stuff very friendly; thank you :)I reccomand to all my friends.

The room was not so confortable than last yearThe parking spot and drivers are madness, but this is not hotel's fault

Prime location. Friendly and helpful staff

Very small bathroom

It is very well located. The Great Mosque is a stone's throw away. The Bazaar is just across the street. The hotel is right in the center of many shopping complexes. The reception personnel were very friendly, helpful and polite.I saw many Turkish families. The kids seem to enjoy staying there.

The fridge was not working. The TV had only Turkish channels. The bed linens did not seem fresh. At night, I feared there were bed bugs! The breakfast offering was terrible. It would be better to eat outside.

Easy check in, great friendly staff and perfect location!

Location of this hotel is excellent. The hotel staff is just superb, everyone tries to go above and beyond to help the clients.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of traditional Turkish breakfast items. In addition to the local options, they also had boiled eggs, cereal, milk, and sausage. If you're looking for something specific like an omelette, it was available for an extra charge.
