The hotel location is excellent and close to Marka Mall. The staff is friendly, the room is good and clean, and private parking is available at the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and I had stayed there before. There have been some changes, now the pool and the gym are no longer available in the hotel but one needs to go to the adjacent (and connected) hotel. No problem with that, obviously.

There was something I couldn't understand at a managerial level: having to stay for three months, I wrote previously to the manager to ask for a 'long stay' rate and, to my surprise, I noticed that it was 15% higher than the rates on Booking.com. Therefore, I only booked for three weeks so that I could speak directly with the manager and see if I could get a better price for the remaining nine weeks. Another surprise: when I inquired, the manager let me know through the front desk that the prices would soon increase and therefore, he could offer me only a minimal discount. In fact, I was hoping he would at least remove the 15% that Booking.com takes, but that didn't happen. It's a pity, the idea of staying for three months was tempting, but I left after three weeks.

Personal was great and really helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good breakfast

Maybe little more option for breakfast for vegans

Nice location close to a great park. Ideal for morning stroll. Hotel employees are super friendly and always there to help. Housekeeping was super. Every morning the room was made super again and used supplies that might have been used restocked.

Staff is very kind! The rooms were super clean. Huge variety for breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant is a unique experience! Excellent quality of food.

STAFFBED & PILLOWSLOCATION

Clean modern hotel. Staff helpful.

Bags self service. No bell boys. Ask for extra pillow, bed comfortable, just more pillow will make it more better.

Not my first time staying in aloft hotels, but first time in this branch.Everything was beyond perfect. The room was spotless, the staff were nice and friendly, the check-in check-out process was quick and easy.

The only thing is that they have limited parking areas in front of the hotel, and they share underground parking lots with the next hotel.

Very good location.

No one help with luggage. The smell.

the location & room size.

the rooms & bathrooms are outdated, needs renovation, especially the bathrooms.

Quiet, comfortable, very friendly staffShared facilities with Sheraton which is next to it

Location is great.very quiet that you can enjoy relaxing in room

Everything was good unless they can’t control the smokers in non smoking rooms.Last night in hotel i was supposed to get some rest for my long road journey to the airport but i couldn’t get rest at all because of the smoking guy in the next room. I informed the room service at the hotel but did nothing since they can’t smell it at the floor outside the room and became much worse in the morning that felt burning sensation in my nose and throat. I complaint to the booking.com but unfortunately the hotel didn’t take it as serious problem they just apologized. Well there apologize won’t save my health.
