Staff, location, and general facilities were great! They stored our luggage for us and brought it to our room on arrival. Great stop for the Alta Via!

Tv didn’t work in our room, view was at ground level of a front loader doing some construction work each morning.

It’s close to the train station. The bed was comfortable, there is also complimentary water in the refrigerator. There is a great view from the balcony. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

The shower didn’t seal properly so it leaked a bit but it wasn’t too bad. The restaurant downstairs plays loud music in the evenings but if you close the windows it blocks the noise sufficiently.

Location , clean spacious

The staff went above and beyond to welcome us. We arrived after doing the AV1 hike to find our room ready early and our bags in the room! We were also greeted with great energy and excitement! Would 100% recommend and will be back!

Our stay was amazing. The suite was very clean, spacious and with a beautiful view of the river and mountains.

Parking is hit and miss- hotel parking limited and off street parking by meter if you can find a space- traffic persons will put a ticket on the car if you don't have a valid parking ticket- max time 45 minutes and it starts at 8am in the morning.

Big room, nice views. Decent soundproofing to outside noise (although not great to other rooms) Great breakfast. Big shower with great water pressure. Bed firm but not rock-hard.

Extraordinary view and central location.y. we really felt welcome ? The parking in the hotel garage was convenient and safe.

The Time in Belluno ended too soon.

The room was spacious and modern. Good bed and plenty of sockets around the room. Bathroom was also modern with powerful shower. The hotel's location is good and have excellent views from the bar balcony.

The fancy air conditioning was almost non existent. Even when set to 16 the room wasn't cooled down at all which made it a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was a little basic.

Central for onward travel. The suite was large,comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful. We were able to use the hotel parking. Very good breakfast

Great location at the center of Belluno. It also has an amazing view. The terrace at the restaurant is so nice. The Marmolada room was amazing. Beautiful views at three valley and the city.

Huge, fabulous room, floor to ceiling glass shower bathroom. Fantastic restaurant with great views. Wonderful breakfast. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant and hotel was THE very popular place to be. So glad we stayed here.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant which does play loud music that could be heard from the rooms.

Very comfortable rooms, good design. The hotel restaurant is also a great option for drinks and dinner.

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel and view, rooms clean and comfortable, and the folks working there were very nice and helpful

This is a beautiful hotel and a great location. There was a party at the hotel that went until 1230 right outside our room on a terrace 2 floors down. All the guests rooms could hear the loud live music, yelling and screaming, celebrating. It was exhausting for us international travelers who were on a different time zone. The staff was not responsive to requests seeking quiet. It was impossible to sleep.

Very central hotel, with a great restaurant and bar with a view. SPA with sauna and hydromassage - amazing!

The rooms were large and comfortable. It was very clean. We loved the restaurant.
