Pros +
- A friendly family hotel / pension, straight out of the 1990s. They have quite a few rooms, availability should not be a problem. Within easy walking distance of a bus stop and a nice pizza restaurant. 20 minutes on foot to/from the main Belluno train and bus stations.
- The owner was very helpful and agreed to make a breakfast earlier than normal. The room and bathroom were spacious and beds were all right. There was a restourant Zodiak in near so we ate something. The heaters were hot so we were able to heat the room. It was quiet. We liked it. The price was very good (68 for two). The room was clean and comfy. Nice view, balcony. It was really good in that price.
- Breakfast was very regular but tasty and fullfilling (a good selection of pastries). Hotel definitely not modern but clean and with a friendly, helpful owners.
Cons -
- The hotel is starting to show its age. Although it means it has quite some character, a slight renovation would not hurt.
- Hmm. It is visible that last renovation of that hotel was mamy years ago. It seems that there is no staff left and all is done by the owners. In the eating room there is a lot of old stuff here and there. The place is in need of fresh blood to work and put some new energy in it.
- Location a bit outiside of the centre of Belluno.

convenient location
old, not very clean, mattress old noisy and uncomfortable. woke up in the middle of the night, everything was itching… I don’t want to know what I had in the sheets….
Very cozy, that was the reason we chose this place in the first place. And the mountains, we Loved it.
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, including when couples decide to get a little bit frisky.
Great Breakfast, very nice and helpful host, nice Restaurant and Gelataria nearby, a supermarket, comfy beds, balcony and a busstop nearby. At night its quite, it has nice nature and a Forest/park nearby. Its very clean and has free+ fast WiFi.
The property owner is so kind and helpful. I would say " Yes " to the friends and families who are travelling to this hotel. Its clean, neat and safe. If I ever plan a next trip to belluno or dolomites, Albergo mirella, will be my first option for a comfortable stay over night.
Very friendly staff, location and value for money
Place could be bit more tidy, room could have have fans as it was really hot overnight even with open window
