Nice hotel close to the town center. Lots of nice restaurants and bakeries near by. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very modern.

Rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel was downtown with access to lots of restaurants. Staff was friendly and room service was very good. Breakfast was very nice as well.

Location, new spacious room, clean apartment, daily cleaning. Included breakfast.

Parking, there is a small parking near the hotel, not enough space for all. You need to think where to park in advance.

Good breakfast, shower and equipped room.Lovely staff and nice location, close enough to the main road but still not too close for the noise around it.Perfect for Alta Via 1 hikers who just finished their hike. Highly recommended.

Some things didn’t work - shower drain was clogged and the bathtub didn’t work. Also it was a tad pricey

the breakfast was amazing!!! & the shower was a delight…large, w a fabulous cascading shower head. restaurants & groceries 5 minute walk. a lovely stay!

The hotel staff was so helpful. We had problems with our next booking, and the receptionist went out of her way to help us resolve the situation.The hotel is close to the train station which made it convenient for hikers.

Great location and super nice staff. Nicely remodeled and very clean

Location was excellent, right in the heart of town. Easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was decent with a good selection. Room was very spacious and clean. Had an excellent view of the town (although I know my friends had rooms facing the other side and their view was not as nice).

The staff was not very friendly. Perhaps it was because we were tourists? But they were curt and never smiled, even when we interacted with them as politely as possible. They also tried to charge us twice for city tax - once when we checked in and again when we checked out. The only reason they didn't was because I reminded them that they already charged the full city tax upon check in. Also the air conditioner in the room was not working.

Excellent location. The lady at the reception went above and beyond! I arrived very early but she was able to get me in a room by 10 am. Also when I asked about storing luggage at checkout, she offered assistance and also informed me that they had a nice room on the 4th floor to relax and wait until I was ready to move to my next hotel

It is an older building with tiny rooms but overall no complaints! The hotel was very clean

The lady at check-in was very nice. Small but comfy room with everything I needed. The location was pretty quiet! I felt safe as a solo female traveler here. Good breakfast.

Air conditioner was weak. About an hour after I arrived, there was a knock at my door. I was informed that the room I was in hadn’t been cleaned and changed!!! (I hadn’t noticed because the previous person left it quite well.) So they had to clean it while I was there, which was awkward.

Breakfast was a good variety. Enjoyed the pancakes and assorted soft cheeses. Location was great and wifi worked well.

A good value in Belluno. Nice location across from a good bakery and within walking distance to restaurants.

I asked if I could leave a small pack while I hiked 8 days in the Dolomites. They said they would keep it safe until my return. Also I wrote in English a couple of times before I busted and they responded promptly in English. Very accommodating and professional.

I was single in a double room which was fine, but might be a bit dense for a couple.At evening time there was some noise from a near by restaurant (it was Saturday evening) that lasted until around 22:30.

The price represented value for money with breakfast included. It was ideally located being in the old town and a few minutes away from the train station. It was a pleasant room with decorative features and tea and coffee making facilities.
