Hotel Casanova

Our host was very helpful when we arrived early and came to settle us in. The hotel wasn't what we'd expected but we liked it - it was spotlessly clean and had all the basics.

We hadn't realised the hotel was a bit of a distance from the old town and on a main road.

The hotel is slightly outside the city center but still within a pleasant walking distance to the center of Padua, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel is close to both the train and bus stations. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was modest but nice and sufficient.

The reception doesn't operate 24/7, which didn't really bother me, but one night we had really noisy neighbors, and I had to calm them down myself (instead of the staff doing it). The walls are quite thin, and a lot of sounds from the hallway and surrounding rooms could be heard in our rooms.

Breakfast was nice, the triple room was very big and clean , the staff is very nice and parking facilities is very good

there are no real downsides or aspects we did not like, maybe it is not so close to the city centre by walking.

Far from the old part of Padova

Been here in January for the first time and did not mind to return again. Excellent choice with perfect location (short walk to Padova train station) and very friendly personnel. Mattia makes very good coffee in the morning and rooms are perfectly clean! ?

A quite charming hotel that doesn't look like a hotel from the outside. Very pleasant interior. Staff was friendly and helpful. Although a bit away from the city center, there is a bus stop a couple minutes from the hotel, and a tramstop 5 minutes further. A 1 day ticket is a good way to get around Padua.

Although the immediate area was quiet, the interopr acoustics were quite live. From my room I could hear conversations in the lobby, and even from another room.

Very clean, location ok if you need to be in Arcella, big parking, fair breakfast.

A very clean and comfortable room, in a friendly hotel. The staff were excellent, could not be more helpful. Free off-street parking is a big plus. And the included breakfast is another big plus, very good. The hotel is not far out of the centre of town, an easy walk if the weather is good. Recommended

Only drug dealers in the area at night

Was able to check in after hours via phone call. The guy at the reception was very nice. The breakfast was small but varied and it was good. They gave me a better & bigger room than I booked. I very much recommend it.

It was clean and cozy

It was a bit far from downtown but you can easily take the tram or the bus and it is a few minutes away.

Everything was great. Very spacious rooms.Very good breakfast.The place is 10 minutes from the train station. You can visit both Verona and Venice by train from here. Our host Mattia was more than welcoming and very friendly. Thank you Mattia!! If we come back to Padova, we will definitely stop at your wonderful location.

Very good location, close enough to both a tram stop and to the main railway station.The room was big enough and although the breakfast room is small, the food was of excellent quality.Parking is monitored.

The hotel is missing an elevator so it's not convenient to lift heavy luggage between the floor, however the staff is very eager to help with that.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was overall fine.

Unfortunately, very loud. You can hear everything going on inside the hotel and for all three nights I ended up near a large group of loud people. The noise would wake me up at 7 AM and it was impossible to go back to sleep.

It is a hotel with a great value for money, where you can find all the facilities and services that anyone would need during a stay. The staff is highly qualified and available for any need. The breakfast was really delicious and plentiful and also the room was really great and comfortable.

The hotel is a little far from the center of Padova which can be still be reached by bus

The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean! Mattia, the owner was so kind and waited for us to check in because we were delayed in traffic. The location - very close to the station.

All fine, spacious and comfortable room, nice staff

No fresh bread for breakfast, on noisy road. Only recommended if you are driving and want the convenience of somewhere to park. Walk into centre is doable but not particularly pleasant.
