Savhotel Mantegna Padova

Very spacious and a really comfortable bed. Plus they checked on me when I accidentally hit the emergency cord in the shower. My 2nd time with this hotel chain.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Parking is available.

Very hot. There is no control for the air conditioners. we will also trapped in the underground garage. We had a flight to catch and the garage doors were locked.

The first time there was an alarm and we ran out through the stairs five floors, the second time we waited more than an hour for hot water, the third time for more than two days there was no shower gel in the shower, the entrance door carpet was not clean,

room and bed were incredible, we had alot of luggage to sort and so we drove straight into the garage and parked, when the lady in reception could see we were trying to organise everything, she came down and gave us the room key so we could go from the garage direct to the room, very nice gesture and was appreciated.

not didn't like, you need to be very aware of the hotel position because you can miss the entrance and drive past and then you need to take a 8minute re direction which if you have driven for 6 hours is always a pain, never the less we arrived.

Location was poor. Someone walked into our room at 21:30 because he had been assigned our room as well. Creepy! No bartender at the lounge for drinks the entire stay. Shower glass was hanging off the tub and leaked water all over the bathroom floor which required us to use all towels provided to soak up the mess.

Breakfast had a good selection of quality food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I have been coming for years and I am generally satisfied. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, parking is good.

We stayed only for one night, but rooms were amazing, clean as very comfortable. We walked to the city center, but there is a bus in front of the hotel as well.wWe will stay here again for sure

Hotel itself is a nice place. Well-designed room with nice lighting. Gym has all facilities needed. Location of the hotel is peaceful, close to the river, a walking distance to the city center. The view from restaurant- incredible!Staff was super-friendly, very knowledgable, proactively helpful and very devoted to make the stay the best possible experience. Dog friendliness of this place is on the highest level that we have ever experienced. The bowls were provided with already prepared water. Even very cute dog bed was there. Welcome pack for dogs was also provided. We were very impressed by that. Dogs are also welcome in the restaurant. The staff made us (and our dogs) feel very welcome.

Door closing system is wacky. It should be replaced or very well-explained (as people traveling are expecting the usual standard system). Room will be just perfect if it could be renovated (it was for example clean but wall needed to be repainted or bathtub area to redo the silicons). Elevator could be fixed because it was a bit long to wait with 2 elevators out of order.

Very smart hotel - didn't notice any reservation but got a future discount anyway. Well located between town and parkrun! Enjoyed the bath.

The room was cold, really cold and we thought it would get hotter because we set up the thermostat. But (!) at reception desk when it was check out at the end, they said the reception runs the temperature and they did not tell us!!!

We got for free an upgrade of our room once we checked in. Room is very spacious, clean and new, bed is comfortable and more than a king size. Hotel is not in a central position, but you can walk to the main attractions in 20 minutes and the area is safe even in the night. There is a private park of the hotel (10 euros per night) but we found luckily a free spot 10 minutes far.

Staff was VERY helpful and pleasant. Hotel was very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Close walk to historic area.

Shower is not big and not closed well with the glass, the air dryer is positioned too close to the toilet and you hit it every time you sit

The room was very clean, very well supplied with all toiletries and comfortable. The room was on the 11th floor with an amazing view.The staff was very welcoming and helpful to us. One of the reception members helped us on recommending bars and restaurants and also booked a table for us.Couldn’t recommend more this hotel.

Baby cribs should be available and more lights should be installed in the rooms.
