Couldn't regulate the temperature of the room. It was too hot.

The room was spacious and really clean, the bathroom quite big and the shower superb. The shower box leaked a hot though

I went down to the lobby for breakfast at 7:45 am and everything was out. It appeared that the breakfast options were great...if you went earlier in the morning. But there was no yogurt and fruit left, no bacon, no eggs, no pastries...everything was empty and no restocked at all.

Service was excellent

Air condition in the room could not be adapted, no fan control. This was managed at the reception

Doesn’t worth the value

The power sockets were not working, bathroom ventilation was not working, expected a proper double bed rather than 2 ingle beds making a double, the shower wasn’t working properly.

Bad

Air-conditioning not working. Room at over 29 degrees Celsius all night. Reception already knew, the whole floor had this problem. The hotel didn't react to the complaints. Breakfast: I went 15 minutes after breakfast started. The buffet was depleted. Cutlery was used up. 20 minutes waiting for coffee. No matter that it is an economy hotel, it's still too expensive if you cannot get sleep or breakfast.

wi fi in the room was not good. Line was bad and can barely connect and was slow. Had to go in the entrance hall to work properly

Housekeeping was changing sheets and towels almost every day, even if there was a sign indicating that towels would be changed only if placed on the floor; otherwise, they were to be reused. However, it seemed that during the stay, the room floor was not well cleaned, as it felt dirtier each day. Additionally, regarding breakfast, it appeared that truck drivers were staying during the working days. By 8:00 in the morning, there were no more eggs available, despite breakfast being served until 9:45; only sweet desserts, muesli, etc., were left. Perhaps it's due to the off-season, or maybe it's because this hotel isn't as popular among tourists and doesn't prioritize providing the best service since guests are only there for a night's stay.I wish the best for this place, but I guess we won't be staying there anymore.

Location was good, administrators staff was polite, explained everything clearly

Breakfast wasn't the best that we hoped to get, there wasn't a lot of food to choose in a breakfast. We want to highlight one thing, little bit was strange, that we stay only 2 nights, and room cleaner clean a room after 1 night, everything was great that cleaned the room, but personal things to touch, cleaning, put into the luggage clothes. It's not a bad thing that room was clean, but a little bit strange, we only stay for 2 nights :/
