Best Western Plus Hotel Galileo Padova

The room was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. There was a resturant on the premises. The location next to the river and 20 ninute walk from the oldtown.

Breakfast was good...but with no vegetarian warm items....only bread, cakes, croissants, coffee, fruit ...only wish they had a warm veg item as well

Great location, walking distance to the city center, clean and spacious rooms (apartments). Breakfast was good but needed more diversity (especially on the salty side, as desserts and pastries were plentiful).

You have to pay for parking (10eur / day). There aren't any dishes or utensils (other than two coffee sets) in the apartment, so if you're not carrying everything, the kitchen is useless. Shower could use some refurbishing (showerhead leaking).

The hotel compared to other Padova city hotels and s the best in terms of building it looks new or renovated clean you find everything you need convenient location

Breakfast should be improved

Breakfast was good. Clean rooms. And very hospitality Fabio from the staff.

Nothing to eat in the bar in the evening. Pool is closed.

What I liked was that the apartment was clean, the heating worked well, and the cleaning staff were always punctual and excellent. Breakfast was good, varied and tasty, and the location was great — only about ten minutes from the main train station, which made it a perfect base for exploring northern Italy.

The apartment had no cutlery at all — no spoon, fork or knife — and when I asked at reception, I was sent to the bar where I received only a small teaspoon. There were also no glasses or cookware, just two coffee mugs, which is quite disappointing for an apartment with a kitchen where you expect basic equipment. Parking costs extra but is basically just street parking with no protection, which I consider a big minus.And I can’t help but point out that in 2026 the apartment TV had only a handful of channels, all in Italian, fully dubbed and without subtitles. There was no option to switch the language, no streaming apps, and not even the possibility to connect my phone to watch something online — so it definitely wasn’t a smart TV. For a hotel that advertises itself as four stars, this really feels outdated and below expectations in today’s standards. The service at both the reception and bar felt quite indifferent, and overall the price of €115 per night did not feel justified.

Location, parking and size of the room were really good. Staff was friendly.

There was a weird smell in the room and we were quite disappointed to see that the hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Unfortunately a lot. No coffee, tea, milk etc but a kettle and 3 cups. A microwave but no plates, cutlery. A smart tv that didn't offer any streaming channels or facility to cast. A very dodgy electrical system so we lost power and after a 2 minute walk to reception, we're told to flip the fuses in the fuse box!!!! Worst thing was lack of sound proofing between rooms and we could hear the room across the corridor. Oh and a fridge with water and drink and no price list. So we only drank some water thinking that at least may be free only to be charged 8 euro for 4 small bottles..did get it reduced to 4 after complaining. A shame.

The only restaurant in the hotel wasn't open when we wanted to dine there. without any notice.Very disappointing.

The staff were very helpful, the room was spacious and clean. Everything was up to the standard.

There were not enough toiletries in the bathroom. We had an apartment hotel room which has a microwave and oven and a dishwasher but no cooking or eating utensils, and they only gave us a plastic fork upon request.

Very large room, with large and comfortable beds. Good location for an easy walk to the old part of town.

Bedroom a bit hot. Had a kitchen area but no equipment to use it. Didn’t really need this facility but could have done with a few glasses

Is the best you can find in town I guess, breakfast was very complete and good, the staff is very kind, respectful and in general very helpful. Very easy to get a taxi quickly and nearby the bus station that goes directly tot he airport. I always stay here when I have to go there.

Within our group we had approximately 10 rooms in total, non of them the air conditioning was cooling. The fan (blower) is so weak it does nothing, and the cooling part seems not to be working because it was just circulating the same temperature. the bathrooms have no ventilation, double beds are very small for 2 adults. Sofa was full of disgusting stains, shower had mold/chard water marks all around. The night staff had no idea about information of the airport bus stop which is in front of the hotel. Elevator was not working properly.

Very modern and clean .. with really good breakfast.. in a really good neighborhood

The size of the apartment was great. Great location, close to restaurants on the river.

I didn't realise that we had to check and box to have the unit fitted with cooking and eating utensils.
