Crowne Plaza Padova By IHG

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. It's not in the middle of the city, but excellent access to the highway and you can get anywhere from there. The breakfast is incredible. A huge selection for every taste.

Nope. Superb staff and hotel.

It is staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. I take insulin and every day I would give them my ice bag to freeze. They did not bulk. They did it. Gladly with a smile.

No, not really. The rooms were of a decent size. It did have carpeting but they do keep it clean. There's a refrigerator in every room and they clean the room daily. The rooms might be a little bit too warm for American taste.

This is an excellent hotel with very nice rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. Their only drawback is location. They have remedied this by providing free parking and some free shuttles to the train station. An excellent choice to launch into Venice.

Given the excellent price and the high quality of the room, I was very satisfied. For those wanting to be close to the train station and "old town", you will have to rely on the shuttle and live by their schedule.

Location and breakfast

Wanted softer pillows and the coffee machines at breakfast and could not open window for some fresh air

Have read il feedback, that the hotel is old and not renovated. But decided to check myself. Actually the hotel looks like new. Suppose, that it was renovated recently. For very reasonable price we have received comfortable room with good heating (was very actual at January

Everything match the expecting The beds and breakfast are beautiful.Free parking.Close to high way but no noise Helpful and palite staff

Not Crown Plaza Quality

Room 328 with 2 twin beds. Both of us woke up itching from bed bug bites

Nice and clean, friendly staff.

Try to fix the fountain in front of the hotel. It looks meagre.

If breakfast would have been just a bit more attentive it would be an “ok” hotel to stay. Like this, Iwould not return.

Breakfast Service was completely emotional disengaged. Nobody greeted ask if anything is needed nor farewelled us. It felt like guests were not existing. Also their selection was way below their star rating. None of their hot breakfast items were kept hot on the buffet. From Pancakes to scrambled eggs…rather shocking, also from an HACCAP point of view.

The staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a lot of option. Perfect stay for exploring Padova with car.

Lovely comfortable hotel , clean room , very friendly and helpful staff

stay was ok, but wifi...

wifi registration is a nuisance, the registration forms are printed in small print and are barely legible even on tablet and with glasses...be careful, there is a risk of clicking on something unintentionally and it lasts very long, if you would like to get 3-4 devices connected.

Great location if you need a good place to stay next to the highway, garage available, spacious room, comfortable bed and bedding, decent breakfast

very comfortable bed and big family room; clean; diversified breakfast

Great location near highway, staff is great, parking garage.

This was not our first time staying at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds, we had a wonderful sleep. Safe and wide parking. Very good and varied breakfast.

Great value for money, the stuff (reception, bar, breakfast) was very friendly, nice and kindly!

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, good location for what we needed.

Only 1 bathroom for 4 people and noisy AC.

The room was spacious and very clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was varied. The hotel has a large underground garage and the parking was free. All in all, the hotel is highly recommended!

The bed linen felt new and comfortable, the TV was great, the room was clean and the breakfast was exceptional.

The soap container in the bathroom shower was empty and we could not exchange it with the one in the sink or the bathtub. The bigger problem was that we could not use the buses to and from the city or train station.
