AC Hotel Padova

The room was very clean and a pleasure to stay in. Super nice bed, comfortable and ideal for a recharging sleep. The colleagues at the reception were very nice both during check in and check out.

A coffee maker included in the room would be highly appreciated next time.

Normal hotel at the outskirt of Padova. Room size okay, bed also fine, breakfast is okay as well. Parking in front of the hotel or in the garage.

Very weak soundproof however the hotel is right at the highway. The room was very noizy, also can hear all steps, talks from the neighbours as well. If you would sleep, find an other hotel.

All is good and perfect except transportation in Padova(now it is under construction, it’s not fault of the hotel)

Location is a little far from center. It’s difficult to find crosswalk and feel dangerous by walk.

The hotel check-in experience was very satisfactory. When going out, you can ask the hotel front desk to help you hail a taxi, which is very convenient. The front desk staff are warm and professional. The breakfast here is especially rich in variety, allowing you to fully experience all kinds of delicious Italian food.

Very spacious and clean room. Big and comfortable bed. Nice size bathroom and shower. Parking lot space and underground parking.

It was just a bit hot and the air conditioning wasn’t amazing.

Very convenient location when arriving by car and very good location when it comes to driving into the city center. No worrying about the ZTL (low emission/trafic zone), and when driving an EV, relatively easy connectivity (2,5 km) to a large fast charging location.Room maintenance is perfect, staff is lovely. And as I'm not a breakfast person but still needed to get some work done in the morning in my room, the staff offered a complimentary coffee even though it was outside of breakfast hours and I expected to have to pay for it.

We like this hotel for our short stay during a long trip. Good beds, big bath, good breakfast, very good smell when we arrive to the lobby.? just a little bit of usage can be seen now after the years. Close to many shopping options and by car only 10-15 mins from the city center. Good parking. This hotel is like a comfort food. Even if we arrive really tired, we have the same good quality of service, in winter, summer, autumn or spring. Thank you!

The mattress is a little hard. It bounces when the other person moves. The breakfast could be better for the price.

The bed it was very comfy.

The staff. A simple smile and a greeting would have been nice. They waited to be greeted first before the greet you, the reception, they saw you come in and they just look at you and no greeting at all. I thought it’s the other way around. specially at breakfast not even a good morning just “what is your room number”.?‍♀️IDK, maybe they are trained that way. I didn’t known that Marriott change their standard as it was not the same at the other Marriott Hotels.

It is a good hotel. The room is big enough, the bathroom is very good. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and professional.

Nice hotel, good room. We were satisfied. We liked that they were able to check us in even earlier than expected.

There was no heating, the room was freezing, gave me a blanket that was dirty and the smell inside was disgusting. It is located far away from anything with awful transportation.

Good hotel.Pros:Its more between 3 and 4 stars.The area is Safe, there are 2 buses that can take you to Venice.A big Supermarket is close by.Good breakfast, but only 1 type of cheese, and low quality ones, bad expresso, no natural juices. The quality of the breakfast could be better compared to other 4star hotels.Realy good and big beds. 2m by 2m.Good sound insonorisation.Free parking.

Cons:- No toilet brush. Its a hotel chain decision since a while.- The AC in the toilet did not work. It was explained at our check out.

Twice I went to the restaurant for dinner and it was closed to guest because they were hosting parties for a group. They wouldn’t allow you to place a to go order…. They redirected you to the room service menu which had a limited selections.One customer service rep in particular was a little short and stand off ish….
