Four Points by Sheraton Padova

Very hepful staff, comfort was OK, convenint huge parking, excellent room cleaning service.

Location is great, parking is huge and convenient for big cars, breakfast was very good, even that I started almost at the end of its serving time, there were plenty of food, coffee in Italy is always delicious. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

A bit outdated furniture in the room and windows don’t open (I don’t know about the whole hotel, maybe they have different room options). But overall it’s okay, it’s clean.

Not the best experience

Room was dusty, we were all sneezing in the morning. In the president suite, in the living room, could not find any electric sockets to charge my laptop, no office space for working, no electric sockets next to bed :(

Devestating!

The hallway smelled awful, tried to order a toothbrush they told me that nobody is working at night so the person who answered me told me I cant bring anything to the room (its sheraton a big brand name). When I woke up I wanted to order coffee from room service and they told me wait until 10am after breakfast closes down stairs!! Very poor service and quality for a name like sheraton!

The property location is not the best. Hotel is old, there is only 1 socket to charge the electronics. Hair dryer in bathroom was old and slow. Not possible to open the window to have fresh air. Really bad breakfast.

The bed mattress is old so the springs are painful at some points.

The room was spacious and clean, the bathrooms were nice and the staff was fantastic. They gave us restaurant recommendations, maps for our trips and general guidance what to visit, how to get there and where to park our car safely in a spacious parking. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the food in the hotel was on a good level. The hotel is old, but well preserved and maintained

There’s a small door that's locked in the room, that was probably connected to the other room somewhere in the past, so you could hear other people (not well isolated). Maybe in future renovations that can be sealed to ensure no noice comes from the other rooms. Overall, not a big deal.

Hotel staff was very kind, room was clean and comfortable, we accessed the center of Padova with Taxi (we had an event near the hotel, thats why we took the reservation at FourPoints Sheraton.

If you intend to visit the old centre of Padova its a bit distant, but if you dont have problem to pay for a taxi, its no problem :)

the room was a bit dirty, especially the mirror in the bathroom and the noise level was quite high, every morning I was woke up because of shower in the other room.

I loved everything about the beautiful hotel,four points by Sheraton it's a lovely hotel with most helpful staff you could ever wish for.so polite staff starts from the reception to the kitchen workers and to the rest of the staff who works for the hotel,they can't do enough for you.they will help you with absolutely everything you need I would recommend the hotel 100% The location was perfect easy access and safe secure free car park.

I liked everything..

The hotel is conveniently located near the A4 exit of the Milano-Venice motorway, making it ideal for travelers.The staff was helpful and answered all our questions, assisting us in finding a suitable place for dinner.The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep.

Unfortunately, the furniture looks very old. There is a need to refresh most of them.Also,some busy roads nearby caused noise disturbances throughout the night, affecting our sleep quality.

Amazing views of the lake and surrounds. Great location with easy access to everything

No kettle and tea coffee facilities in the room. Air conditioning doesn't get turned on until later in the season. Was hot each of three nights. Staff kindly loaned us a fan.

Location is on the highway. Since we slept only one night with the goal to continue right after breakfast, the location was perfect for us.

Carpet in the room could be problematic for allergic guests. I am allergic to dust and for one night it was ok. Overall we had pleasent stay.

The hotel is situated "over" the autobahn, with all pros and cons of such location. THe hotel is quite old, needs renovation but the facilities are functioning well. THe personal was polite and professional. THere are a plenty of parkings there. The breakfast was good. The hotel is good to stay for one night while travel by car.

Sound insolation is weak, I heard the neighbours who had a kind of party at midnight. The ventilation is via the system only, it is not possible to open the window or its part.
