The location was obviously incredible, just across the street from the Basilica. The room wasn't huge, but it was comfortable with a large bed and a very nice bathroom. The hotel itself was bright and clean, and the staff were kind and professional.

The room was quite warm, so I slept with street-facing window open pretty much all night and day. I was glad there were no mosquitos. The view to the Basilica was mostly obstructed, but I wasn't too bothered since I could just walk outside and have the most incredible view.

Location was good, walking distance from city centre and close to tram stop.Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could be improved.

The locations is so good

The room doesnt have basket for rubish/ laundry bag/ flipflob for the toilet no water is to be put everyday. And when i asked for water.. he charged me 140 Euros at the end of the stay telling ( is the water u asked) and when i call for water that at the end i will pay, he tells me come down to take it… i will never go there again. The staff is not helpful at all

Manuel, was especially very hospitable, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was efficient and the variety was delicious.

Very polite friendly staff and beautiful location opposite St Anthony cathedral.Interior of hotel is very modern and extremely clean.Cafes nearby and very close to tram and bus routes.

Everything was good.

The staff were excellent. The concierge in the day and evening were very helpful. It was in fabulous location for transport and local restaurants with just a short walk to the main Street and square. The breakfast was good.

Our room was a little basic with a tired feel, but clean and the bed was comfortable.

Location is excellent , staff so friendly- especially youngest member at the reception: when you see someone so enthusiastic and plainly enjoying your job.. Rooms are nice size, bed comfortable..

Parking is very complex, small car needed- but problem is very steep curb and elbow - fallowed with some bulk on the road - so- if you can avoid- do..

The staff at the front desk were very nice, helpful and had great energy. The location is excellent and the hotel overall is really good value for money. The front desk staff were the highlight and the room also was well kept with a nice view on the Duomo and the square.

Breakfast was not very good. It was so basic, the cooked options were totally overdone. Croissants etc were seemingly from frozen. It was all just low quality. The staff there were not as warm and there was just a loud and intrusive noise of plates being stacked. Overall a disappointment as the hotel is great but can do so much better here. Its not a reason not to stay here as I would recommend and go back but I would skip breakfast next time and head to one of the lovely cafes nearby.

I liked the experience

Location was really good.

My friends and I got 2 different types of room. Like a different category. One was old and moldy and the other one was newer and clean.

Stayed here multiple times, lovely, clean hotel in an amazing location.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

The toilet and shower...a big person would have trouble with that...

The breakfast was excellent as was the location.

Very disappoimnted in the bathroom. There are times when things need to be replaced, and I believe this is one of them. It took a lot of force to move the sink faucet handles.

Rooms and room decor were in poor condition the heater vents were very noisy we requested to change rooms which to be fair was changed but wasn't any different
