M14 Hotel & Spa

I must say the level of kindness of the stuff in this hotel was extraordinary. Great location, good room. I highly recommend. I can’t find one thing I would say was bad.

I came to join my PhD a Padua and i had the excellent idea of staying there for a few days so that i can go out in search of a post to stay and familiarize with the city . I recommend all students doing so because of the excellent location and cooperative staff who speaks various languages and goes an extra mile with a smile .

almost nothing they have a breakfast that can be booked but i had to commute to the nearby places for lunch and dinner and that is what tourist like to do. I wish i could have that brunch at M14.

Well located for padua visit and quite zone

Room maintenance. Room was cleaned but, even if just refurbished for bathroom and wall, there are different parts underlying very old buildings and poor maintenance.

Great location. Large room. Nice staffs.

Bathroom is smelly and dirty and disgusting. The toilet seat is bigger than the toilet. When one pee, most of the liquid flow down to the floor. The shower door is very flimsy and dislocate easily. The shower walls are covered with dirt/mold. The shower water pressure is low. Very unpleasant bathroom. Don't think it's worthy for 179Euro per night.

The place was clean, elevator worked great, the offer a complimentary drink for all four of us. The receptionist was very nice. good location. Good size of bedroom

A little old and wear out. The heater could not be turn off, we wanted more cool to be able to sleep good.Beds not too comfortable. There was not any conditioner or body lotion.

Location, matress, pillow and breakfast were very good. Staff is super friendly and nice, congrats.Parking is convinient.

The girl at the recepsion was polite.

Didnt like the room, very small and little furniture. The covers were dirty, you could not turn on the tv and the warer in shower was only hot.

Very nice hotel with a good location that can walk to park and restaurant. Family room is big.2 bedroom is good but a little bit small.

The staff was very friendly and nice, location is perfect. The beds were comfortable and a unique and fun addition is the balcony from the bathroom.

Goo location, Clean rooms + Clean town.

Room was a tad small, but I was spending only to sleep comfortably & the bed was wonderful.

Location of the hotel is very good, in quite area, easy to reach with the public transport. Staff is very friendly and super helpful. The room was super clean, but there were some stains in the shower itself.

I booked the room with balcony, but for some reason was given a room without balcony. I asked the double-bed, but technically was given two separate mattresses together on one bed. A bit dark light in the evening in the room.

Just the location

Very small room and bathroom, you can hear everything between rooms, so imposible to rest good, and the Spa wasn’t working.

Room dated and very much in need of an upgrade. Shower didn’t work properly and water either really hot or cold. No English speaking TV. Was disturbed throughout night by other guests coming and going.

The location is superb, comfort, clean, very nice staff.

There is no iron in the room, I didn't have time to get to the reception and ask for it as I was rushing in the morning...perhaps they do have at the reception but not in the room. Also no glass or water in the room what would have been nice. Very high pillows which to me was strange but ok. Anyway, very good experience overall

Perfect location of the hotel, very close to the Prato della Valle and pedestrian zone (city center). Clean but older hotel, which is ready for renovation (or good house master). Don't expect too much, it is according to their price.A very correct breakfast for a reasonable price.

The bathroom needs to be renovated.

Great location, nice staff and cosy beds. The bulilding is quite old but everything was clean. Guest should pay for parking in hotel's parking place but all the other places at streets are free. In the room there is fridge and air condition.

It's located in the a good position, outside the city center, but with easy access to transportation, the center where the shops are located is only a short walk away. Close to the educational centers.

Everything was good... if I had to say something I t would be at the beginning I haven't had a desk but afte my request they provided as soon as possible.

The location

The beds were in unfortunately, the bathroom looked nice but the shower wasn’t great no pressure in the water flow and around the tiles was mouldy, the hair drier did not work either, The floors in the room was all chipped and grubby. The room was spacious and had good storage and a fridge.

That the desk took a big space in the room. Could hear other people in their rooms.

That the spa fertilities are not open 7 days a week.
