Cons -
- This hotel came up as an option when I typed in looking for a hotel in Milano Italy. It turned out to be 2 1/2 hours to the east of Milano. This was a hassle and extra expense and time after a long day. I was a bit angry. The map does not reveal the issue
- The rooms were hot, not their fault though
- Was not allowed to run a/c.

close to the city centre, smiling staff, wide and comfortable room, rich breakfast, good value
Great location on the edge of the Old Town—close to the center yet quiet. The room was small but nice and cozy. The reception service was efficient, and our requests were handled promptly. Overall, very good value for money.
Very friendly staff, great room, great location, in the middle of the city.
Pleasant hotel, conveniently located close to the center, but in a quiet area
The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was nice, quiet and safe.
Was not allowed to run a/c.
Very friendly and helpful staff, very willing to assist with any requests. Everything was clean and well maintained. I requested a move to an upper floor as the ground floor meant I couldn't open the curtains without being on view and they were very accommodating. Facilities are simple and basic but perfect for the price. Very handy parking 2 mins away and about 5-10 min walk to the centre of Padova.
Breakfast was fine but more choice would be nice, and as other guests have mentioned, an option to make hot drinks in the room.
Our stay in Padova was a Pilgrimage to St. Anthony’s shrine and hotel Giotto‘s location was perfect for our purpose. 10 minutes walking to the shrine….
Tutto!
The double bed made out of two mattresses that kept separating during the night so it was a little bit uncomfortable. It was like sleeping in 2 separate beds. Find a way to stick them together.
The room was clean, but very basic.
There was noise in the morning in the courtyard onto which the room was looking. And there was some machine noise throughout the night coming from outside. But not too unbearable.
A great experience, excellent location, friendly and helpfull staff, very clean. The room on the first floor with a balcony was huge, comfy beds, great value for money
I can't think of anything
Location is excellent. Room very good. Staff are extremely helpful
Good location and breakfast.
Room was small. Bad uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned properly. I have found some hair on towels and in the bathroom.
The hotel is located in a safe, pleasant neighborhood, though slightly removed from the main tourist district but still within walking distance. This boutique hotel has its own unique charm. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered was diverse, exceeding expectations for a hotel of this category, and was served in a welcoming and comfortable dining area. The room featured a practical desk and a closet with a spacious safe.
I stayed there for a business trip in a single room located in the new wing, which included a small balcony. Accessing the room required navigating split-level stairs (up and then down half a floor). The room was quite compact. The bathroom was basic, and unfortunately, I experienced recurring sewage odors, forcing me to keep the window partially open despite the cold temperature of 1°C outside. There were also instances of water leakage that flooded part of the bath floor. The shower stall was too narrow, and there was inadequate shelf space for toiletries. The single bed was narrow with an uncomfortable, noisy mattress.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights during a business trip in Padua with colleagues and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend it.
Ordered room with balcony. Did...
Ordered room with balcony. Did not get balcony. The only excuse they could come up with was that booking put the rooms with balcony on sale when they didn’t have any available. They were nice enough to call me and let me know I left my charger behind tho.
Good location. A 12€ taxi ride from the train station. Restaurants within walking distance. Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Polite, helpful staff.
Bed was worn out - like sleeping in a canoe. Walls were paper thin.
Close to city centre! Very quiet and super clean! Totally worth it!
Nothing to complain.
