Only two things were fine - very good and cheerful Michael at reception and that it was clean.

A lot!1 No sound isolation – we heard all neighbours, their TV and making love felt like it was in our room.2 Bad breakfast. Any vegetables, very poor choice.3 It is situated in front of the main hospital so all night we were listening to the ambulances (4 The most strange thing. Hotel cancelled our reservation after we had already left hotel! Probably, they tried to prevent us from writing negative review on Booking! We honestly said to the blonde woman at reception about all problems, she might decided to do so.Fortunately, Booking has a fair system, so as we lived there we could prevent other people suffering!P.S. The only good moment was the hospitality and pleasant approach of Michael, for which we are very grateful. He told us about nice places to visit in Padova and shared some important info on city history.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to reach nearby attractions and important places. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. The rooms and common areas were clean, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The hotel has a great location, the breakfast was good, and everything was clean. However, it was not mentioned on Booking.com that parking is charged extra. Also, we were not informed in advance that there is an additional charge for the fourth person, which was disappointing. This information should be clearly stated when making the reservation.

I travelled a lot, and normally if I don't particularly like a place, whether a hotel or a restaurant, I just avoid it in the future and don't bother writing a review. But this was a very bad experience, and if I can help some fellow business travellers and tourists avoid the same experience, I am happy to do so. The room was far from great: very thin walls, so you literally hear everything happening on everywhere on the floor. Shower had very bad drainage. The staff was unhelpful, to be kind. I was charged twice due an issue with my reservation on Booking.com (my first reservation did not go through and so I had to do it again, just one hour before arriving to the hotel). When I got to the hotel to check-in one hour my reservation on the road, I was shocked to be told I had just booked two rooms. To my dismay, the hotel did absolutely nothing to help me resolve the issue, and simply suggested I look into this directly with Booking.com (I will do this via a claim, but still I found the total lack of interest from the property appalling).Even worse, the hotel staff asked me what the travel budget from my company was, and suggested they combine the rate of the rooms into the reservation of one room, and suggested to have the company I work for absorb the cost of their double charge. Obviously I declined the offer, but I was flabbergasted.

We travelled with the car, and the hotel is super convenient in this case as they have parking. And then you can explore the city on foot. Everything is pretty close. The staff is super friendly and nice, they helped with every request. The breakfast is varied and tasty.

The place is good, clean and safe

Walking distance from Padova Civil Ospedale, breakfast is good and fairly priced. Room is comfortable and cleaned every day including weekends.

Supermarkets and restaurants are at a ~10-15 min. walk.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and the fact they want to charge you for anything extra is insane. Really disliked that they charge you more money at check out for the city tax and touritst tax. That should of been handled with all the cost at the beggining.

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just an 8-minute walk to St. Anthony of Padua and with a supermarket within walking distance, which was a great convenience. Special thanks to Erika P, who was very kind and made sure our stay was pleasant.

Nice and comfortable room in well located hotel. Good breakfast with a lot of sweet pastries to choose from. Very well muffled room when windows are closed.

Hotel is located near busy road and hospital, so it can be noisy when you don't want to turn on AC and have window open.

Room was clean and huge. They gave me the upgraded room. It has the spa for additional charge which I used substantially. breakfast has many options. Reception was very accommodating.
