Best Western Plus Net Tower Hotel Padova

Very friendly and welcoming staff made our stay even more pleasant. The beds were comfortable, and overall we felt the hotel offered good value for money.The location is excellent, especially if you're arriving by car - there's paid parking available, but it's convenient and works well.The only minor downside was breakfast. The selection was quite limited, but what was offered was of good quality and nicely prepared.

Cleanness, no conditioner, no body lotion, no self care, washroom not clean and not cleaned every day, no refill for glasses or coffee

Nice hotel, the staff is friendly and the room and food were good. Bonus points for the locked parking garage, made it easier to travel with car full of stuff.

The bed wasn't the best, thin mattress.

Great secure underground parking, quiet and safe. Very good and nice breakfast. New building, clean and comfortable.

Location is great if you want to quickly reach Venice or other cities by car :) Big bed, comfortable room.

The room is small, with no cupboard which is a problem if you are staying more than one or two days and you have clothes, breakfast is very limited ,location is isolated

Extremely bad experience! Would not...

The staff was extremely unfriendly! And although I asked in advance to give us a room not on first floor! Our room was just on first floor! And at the end a asked to print me factura of our stay and the receptionist denied to do it! The room was with mole on the wall!

The price was honest for two days. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the extra pillows provided. We were delighted with the breakfast, which included nicely cooked eggs and a good variety of sweets. We also enjoyed the selection of nuts and seeds available for the yogurt. It was convenient to have a kettle and tea in the room. We were pleased with the late checkout time of 12:00 PM.

The hotel forgot to provide body towels in the room. Compared to other hotels and B&Bs we’ve stayed at in the past, this was the only one that didn’t offer complimentary water in the room.

Air condition in room. It is decalibrated, on setting of 24 which is maximum room was too cold. It was also pain to switch it off because control is not intuitive and there is no instructions. Beside that all was perfect.

Attentive and welcoming staff.Position wise great for travelling people who prefer near the Autostrada .Great bar and bistro .Safe and spacious garage.

Communication within hotel was annoying I said I was going to have breakfast each morning then was accused on the second day of not paying for it! The gym wasn’t great either, not easy to find and no free weights .

It is clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s right next to highway which was great as a stop during our trip

No respect for costumers

I made a two-room reservation weeks in advance. A few weeks before the date, I started receiving messages through the hotel's Booking account asking for money or they would cancel the reservation. I quickly realized it was a phishing scam. I called the hotel, which confirmed that the reservation was fine and that they had indeed suffered a phishing attack. A few days before the reservation, I received information from the same account that they had canceled my reservation and made a new one at another hotel. After numerous calls, as they no longer responded to me through the Booking account, the reservation number confirmed that they had indeed canceled my reservation for two rooms and made one for one room at another hotel in the group. I was visiting Venice and had to shorten the stay because I was traveling with my partner and small children, and it was imperative to have a hotel. I discovered that they had closed the hotel upon arrival, and later, at the hotel they forced me to book, I was finally treated well and was able to stay in two rooms as per my initial reservation. It is unacceptable for a hotel like this to make a family with children go through this situation.
