For me it was the best apartment during the whole trip. Just what I need: location, cleanliness and tidiness, teapot, comfortable bed, nice shower. No other people around, silence. Easy to get in.

It would have been better if there was the possibility to check in and out directly in the hotel instead of walking in the city for 10 minutes. Also this wasn’t known when I was booking this facility.

Excellent location close to tram stop and major points of interest. Top quality fittings in the room. Large terrace for the top floor room. Full sized fridge. Very comfortable bed. Room serviced daily.

Paper cups and plastic glasses. Only tea bags no coffee. No bottle opener. However this didn't detract from giving top marks to the hotel

This hotel's indisputable best features are the price/value proposition and the location. Though other reviewers bemoan the lack of an onsite reception desk, we found the short walk to the sister hotel where we checked in to be absolutely manageable even with luggage. Padova's cobble-stone roads might slow you down slightly, but you will pass by some of the city's stunning monuments and much of the walk is under porticoes. The reception desk is very prompt on the phone to address any issue. The rooms are good, though ours was on the small size (we had a much larger one on a previous stay, and it depends on what side of the old building you are), well appointed and extremely clean. The price is unbeatable for location and comfort.

We usually sleep with thick pillows and the bed had one pillow per person, on the thinner side. It might be beneficial for the hotel to provide an extra pillow or two in the (large and well-appointed) room cabinets/armoire. Note for other travellers: some rooms have direct access to floors from the elevators; other require a couple of steps to move from half-floor to half-floor; if you are mobility impaired (or have lots of unwieldy luggage!), make sure to request a room that has direct access to the elevator.

The location of the hotel is good in a quiet street right next to the botanical gardens. It is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, public transport and the inner city pedestrian zones.The room was quite spacious and well equipped.

The chairs in the room could be more comfortable.There are no shelves in the shower for storing bathroom supplies. Some additional towel racks would also be welcome.There were no English-language channels available on the TV.

Great location with beautiful surroundings and good access to public transportation. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable.

The reception is more than 6 minutes away from the hotel and a bit confusing and inconvenient when traveling in winter.

The location was excellent, right in the center. It may be a bit difficult to find car parking place, but the hotel provides parking (for an additional fee). The room was comfortable and clean, the building seemed recently renovated. There are some food/drinks vending machine and an open space to have some meals. I certainly recommend it.

The location is excellent - right next to the entrance of the botanical garden. Room had everything one could need and wifi worked perfectly.

Clean big room, comfy beds. Central location, many cafes around, but at the same time very quiet place. Buses/tram in 3 minutes form the hotel. In general - better than expected.

Douche head is fixed and can't be moved down. Keep in mind, that reception is in another building 400m away - may be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

Actually not much. The room decoration is very basic.

The shower was broken and the bathroom was totally flooded with water after each use. Room was in a separate building rather far from the main hotel where also parking was offered (need to walk with the luggage).

Beautifully designed space, nice modern facilities. Nice area, popular for it's old religious buildings and the historic botanical garden. Not too far from the centre too. Area was fancy and felt safe. Nice small details like a vanity kit and shower gels.

Could be cleaner, the bathroom silicone was moldy. The check-in was in another hotel, no breakfast opinion in this hotel. We went outside before our check-out and the key cards weren't working when we wanted to take out bags from the room before 11am. It's quite far from the train station.

Would have been nice to have someone take our luggage to hotel. Was kind of hard to pull it on the cobblestone road.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to many sights, restaurants, etc. The room felt secure. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel we stayed in was managed by a second hotel. There were no staff onsite. Although staff at the second hotel could be accessed they clearly considered us an inconvenience. Communication was abrupt with no semblance of hospitality. The luggage store room was not monitored or secured. Anyone could have access.

Location out of the busy area but close and next to the botanical garden. Large room, clean. Very quiet. Check in two blocks away not a problem.

Shower did no drain well.
