    Pros +

    • Location. Great Alexandrita welcomed me on arrival
    • Perfect location for exploring Padua; friendly and helpful staff, good restaurants nearby; comfortable bed.
    • I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff welcomed me warmly and were always ready to assist with any queries. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide range of delicious options, both continental and local specialities. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to major attractions, public transport, and great restaurants, which made exploring the city effortless.I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again!

    Cons -

    • It smells!!!! People allowed to smoke in this facility. They use some detergent with a strong smell of perfume. It hard for me
    • The room lacked comfortable chairs; condensation was dripping down the bathroom walls; there is no hotel lounge; the room was too small. I was disappointed since the hotel is rated at four stairs and does not deserve them, in my opinion.
    • Place needs a tuneup.Walls need painting and furniture needs cleaned.Found holes in wall behind curtains.

The staff was excellent. Very attentive to all of our needs. Room was very nice. We were able to adjust the lighting including a nice mood lighting. The spa is a private event and was very nice. This was the best part. Having private access to the spa facilities lifted this location above most of the others on our trip.

There was a few facilities in the spa not currently operating. Hot tub was not always as hot as we would prefer, but the staff tried to adjust it to our needs anyway.

Front Desk was very courteous and helpful. Met expectations. Was pleased on how they had my car made available outside door upon departure - that was excellent. Breakfast was fine; however, room was worn but clean

Location - very near centre but quiet! Great air con and large room.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff was incredible and welcoming, helping me organize my itinerary, setting up my time in the spa, and giving good advice about things to see and do. The spa is a nice extra after hours of walking. I will return!

    Everything was wonderful.

The location is excellent, and despite being in city center, not hard to drive to. On-site parking is essentially unavailable, with paid parking somewhere off-site and outside ZTL, I think 10mins walk to hotel. However, the kind and professional staff was able to take car of the parking for me, which was a big relief, especially given the hot weather! Rooms are modern styled and with excellent a/c.

Hallways and rooms show wear; white fabric furniture is maybe not best choice for a hotel.

I can't speak highly enough of this amazing hotel in Padua. The hotel itself is beautiful -- and having advantage of free use of the spa facilities with our reservation was a rare treat. In particular I have to thank the staff of this hotel -- especially Chiarra and Alexandrina. I had a medical emergency and the two of them went to great lengths to be helpful, thoughtful, and kind. I can not speak highly enough of this location, and their staff! Great room. Great food. Great location. Great hospitality and care-and-feeding of their clientele!

    I can't think of anything I didn't like!

In the heart of the University and city center. On a tram line providing easy and in expensive travel to the train or city sites. Good restaurants and bars just a 3 minute walk away in piazza Cousor.Boutique style hotel contemporary design in an old building nicely done. Except. Very small bathroom.Staff friendly and helpful.

Small dark bathroom. Breakfast adequate but could use more fresh fruit.

The main reason to stay at this boutique hotel is its relaxation area with a small whirlpool and saunas. There is no extra charge for using the area, however, it has to be reserved. Other guests may not use the area during times it is reserved. The only time available to us was at 20:00 until it closed at around 21:30. We had the whole area to ourselves and it was extremely relaxing. If you can reserve prior to arriving, you should do so.

    Think twice before booking

In room safe was not working when I checked in, it still didn't work after they said they repaired it. Tv didn't work either. Towels felt like sandpaper. Not 4 Star quality. Decor was depressing

Fantastic location, super nice and helpful staff. Proper breakfast. Didn’t try the gym and the spa due to the short time we spent there, but those would be also nice if up to the standards of services in general.

The hotel is working by formula private time for sauna and jacuzzi for 1,5 hour

€100 note was stolen from safe box

    7FrancescaPosted on: 4-8-2025

There is no hotel lobby with reception desk which is on the first floor. I arrived at 11pm and nobody answered the phone or the doorbell and the door downstairs was locked. After many attempts I booked another hotel and was waiting for a taxi to leave when finally after 10 mins somebody buzzed the door open

    8ThomasPosted on: 4-4-2025

Staff was very friendly, the location perfect for both being central as well as next to tram and busses.

the room was small and noisy. you could slightly hear the other rooms but mostly the street. trams, buses, people.

    10CarmeloPosted on: 3-24-2025

The location was brilliant, a walk across the road & we were right in the heart of the city centre. The facilities were great, the gym had the right equipment. The spa was something else & just what I needed after having travel a few days!

Getting there by car was a challenge because of all the one way streets & the car park situation is not ideal.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and nice amenities. The breakfast was wonderful- very good variety.

A bit noisy one day- a guest had a dog who barked and howled when left alone. We heard it in late afternoon. He was quiet during the night so no problem.

Friendly and helpful staff, we enjoyed the spa and this was a great way to relaxed after a busy day spent with meetings
