Hotel Arcella

The staff was very helpfull, and the hotel was relatively cheap. They gave me a nice spot for my bicycle to park and stored my luggage until my train left. It's also super close to the train station.

My room was cold (around 16°C, if I remember correctly) and it the heating was marginal. I (unfortunately) was sick, so this was a bit uncomfortable. It did slowly get warmer towards the evening, so maybe they try to save a bit by keeping the heatings off while there aren't many guests. And in all fairness, the price is relatively low.

Close to the train station, it made it easy to get to and from Stadio Euganeo.The man on the desk was friendly and helpful.

I wasn't expecting much after all the negative reviews. I've lived in worse flats during university days, so it wasn't that bad at all, just a little run down Not sure what people are expecting for the price

The triple room was suprisingly spacious. The heating system worked well and restrooms supplied hot water.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was trash left in the table drawers. The shower outlet was broken, but manageable. Some of the hotel staff seemed sketchy, as if they weren't even hotel staff.

The location is perfect! Literally right outside of the train station. Trains to other cities like Venice & Verona were easy. The city tram was very close and any bus you would want was right there 10/10 on location!

Shower was very small, don't drop the soap!

It was smelly, moldy, rats under our window going through garbage all night long.

The location wasn't great I didn't feel safe at all. Not as advertised, we had to pay extra for parking and there was nothing on the website about it before booking. Rats running under the windows outside so make sure you close the windows just in case and leaving car there behind the gate which is not very secure anyway might end bad if the rat decides to bite any cables in your car. You could smell the bins as all were full so you had to rush taking all your bags out. We had Police coming before 8 in the morning checking all rooms and documents which as you can imagine was vary uncomfortable, having shower coming out wrapped with towel and speaking to Police looking for documents. Definitely not the best experience. Then the owner or the manager blocking our car co we had to wait and delay our leave because we had to way till they are finished so he could move his car.

Bad personal that does not speak English nor Italian. Bad sanitary conditions, thin walls and noisy.
