Cleanliness was flawless.

Radiator heat couldn't be adjusted. It was rather cold in the room.

Perfect hotel on perfect place. For those who go there for canoying, MTB, hiking, ferrati, ideal place. Combination of hotel and camping together with services and a pub is pretty nice. And very friendly staff.

No teamaking equipment in room

Free parking was great, big parkplatz opposite. Other places we have stayed at in Schladming charge you for each day for parking. Also, the locked (ski) room for mountain bikes was good to have.Room (209) was very big and spacious.

Breakfast staff were a little rude. We didn't appreciate the rather grumpy questioning and almost disbelief of who we are and which room we were staying in - its as if we were trying to come in for a free breakfast as non-Hotel guests. Maybe they get alot of their camping guests coming in expecting a free breakfast so they are suspicious of guests also, but this is not the way to greet Hotel guests in the morning - I can suggest being more polite or getting a system that avoids this line of detailed questioning. We stay at alot of hotels and this was rather disappointing.Also, the room was extremely hot, and there is no air conditioning. We didn't expect it but, so not disappointed, but just to note it is not in the room (209) that we stayed in.

The hotel was clean, the staff was super nice and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We were also pleasantly surprised by the size of the spa. I highly recommend it!

Large selection on the breakfest buffet. Very friendly staff. Good menu in the restaurant and nice arrangement of the meals. Short walk to schladming city centre, ski bus stop in front of the hotel, free parking space opposite the hotel. We also used the garage at the congress centre during heavy snowfall and for charging our car.

There would be space for a charging point for E-cars directly on the hotel.

Poor breakfast… okay for a B&B maybe, but not really for a hotel (and the price!!!!). The promised wellness area only available for few hours in the afternoon… We had a big room, but the view at old run-down motor homes is not welcoming. Not even a bottle of water in the room, no fridge, no water maker or coffee machine in the room. Black mold already started to build in the bathroom (otherwise clean)

nice and peaceful. seems like you’re miles away but only 5 mins up road is town centre

the only thing is no kettle in room, this is some sort of Austrian health and safety law. we bought one from hofel (Aldi). got to have a cuppa!!

Modern, well appointed room - especially the bathroom. Nice spa area! The hotel is just a short walk from the centre of town. This is a detail, but a highly pleasant one when you've been hiking all day: soft deep-pile rugs next to the bed! It was a treat for my feet!

It didn't really bother me, but the hotel is close to the train tracks. If you're on the side of the hotel facing the tracks, it can be a tad noisy with the windows open. However, I didn't hear anything at night with the windows shut.

the temperature in the rooms could be with few degrees warmer. the ski boot dryer didn’t work as expected, each day i found my ski boots wet. this is a big minus for a hotel with 200E/night.

Very nice room and very good restaurant.The staff was very amiable and helpful. They also provided transportation from and to the railstation.

It was cold and I could not work out how to make it warmer....Was a bit noisy from the neighbouring rooms

Amazing breakfast, great variety! lovely and helpful staff. There is a restaurant a la cart at the property, great for dinners!There is a sauna free of charge. Large room.
