TUI BLUE Schladming

I love this hotel will stay again definitely.

People are nicePlace is clean Very convenient

- friendly Staff (they greet, smile and very helpful) - always clean the room - with half board, they ask (30min before kitchen close) if your still coming, if not, they also offer a cold plate - I like that at breakfast, you can also have something made, like omelette. There arent that many options, but selection is sufficient.

- THERE's NO AIRCONDITIONing, and in summer it gets very hot. Just opening the window isn't enough, and if you lucky, you can "hello" to noisy drunk people outside (BE SURE TO BRING FAN IN SUMMER) - the sink is outside, shower on the left and the toilet on the right. I would have been better if they put everything in one room.. lol- It would be nicer if the seating order in the evening wasn't always fixed, it's a bit annoying to have the same table every night, especially if you end up next to people who are drunk- it doensnt look good when there are kids around. - Parking lot is creepy in the evening and far (but yeah, better than nothing)

The breakfast was amazing, but was what was most impressive was the staff they were friendly, helpful, and seem to enjoy their jobs

Modern rooms, amazing terrace with view to town and skiing slope, comfortable sauna with ski view, very good breakfast, comfortable beds, practical (but expensive garage, nice staff ….

Breakfast was extraordinary. Mingmar was really kind, friendly and helpful. The staff were really helpful overall and also gave me just the room I had asked for.

Some noise from the street

We love the breakfast here and if youre lucky enough to stay for the evening meal thats great too.Perfect location even though we didn't ski.Our room was great perfect for the two of us.

Honestly I can't think of anything we didn't like. The staff are excellent, the food is great. Perfect location and we even had snow!

Poor breakfast, you couldn’t buy real coffee for BF, we didn’t have hand soup, shampoo in room, lady on reception didn’t have any information about ski splot timing, even if is check out till 10:30, they wanna push out from room before this time, no possible to pay for late check out

No so many options but more than you expect from a four star hotel. Honestly, exceeded our expectations. You can't beat the location even if you try. Right across the street from the ski lifts with all the restaurants and supermarket around you

Only one pillow per person and very thin, caused me neck pain, but everything else went perfect! The location, the service, cleanliness, quality of food. hotel design and furniture..

Good brekfast, lot of space in room.

Did not like the bathroom type.

Room was clean and spacious, as was the entire property. Saunas were great. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Location - directly across from Planai, terrific. Hotel provided a taxi to Banhof at the end of my stay - and the staff overall were so incredibly kind and helpful! Cannot recommend enough. If I’m ever back at Schladming I will not hesitate to stay here again.

The stuff was very pleasing, the breakfasts and the dinners were delicate, the spa terrace was very nice with the view. The Planai station and Spar are a minute from the hotel. You can go from the parking (underground) to the room directly by the elevator. We enjoyed it very much!

The "bathroom" was in the room what was a little bit strange. I would prefer some variation at the breakfast (sweet pastry) and some magazines in English as well :)

Perfect location, close to bus terminal, stores, restaurants and Planai gondola. Spacious room, clean and confortable. Diverse offer for breakfast- good and fresh. Friendly, professional staff at reception desk - transfer to train station very appreciated.

No fridge in fhe room.The towels were not changed during our stay. Maybe because we didn’t left them on the floor, however we needed them changed at least once during our 5 days stay.

Wonderful comfortable hotel in prime position opposite the Planai cable car station. Room had lots of storage space. Loads of choice at breakfast, lots of staff clearing up and refilling so breakfast never got chaotic. You get the Schladming summer card for free which gives access to the cable car, what a great bonus! The taxi to the railway station was also free.

Nothing to dislike!

Tui blue has friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the best we had in Austria. The location at the base of Planai was wonderful and very accessible to the bus stop. Tui blue was clean and the rooms were spacious

No A/C- though we borrowed a window fan

There is nothing we didn't like, maybe just more options for dinner desserts (e.g. ice cream) and for breakfast (eg. Pancakes) would be great.

Good location- close to gondola lift, mountain hike/drive and to center town. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

The bathroom was not a fully separate room so if anyone wanted to shower or wash hands while others were sleeping everyone in the room would be woken up by the light or sound.
