Pros +
- I enjoyed the great meals, views, and simple room
- For a hotel that costs 350 EUR per night for a simple double room and breakfast, one would expect much more. Mold on the silicone in the bathroom, cables hanging from the ceiling due to unfinished light fixtures... something like that is not tolerated even in 3* hotels that cost less than 150 EUR per night. This is not a hotel to recommend, the cost-benefit simply does not match the investment.
- Comfy room, good breakfast, close to the bus
Cons -
- Very small single room with tiny bathroom. A bit far from town.
- It requires more care for the room and its furnishings. …The mattress needed replacing. The fan in the bathroom was broken (very noisy and couldn't be turned off), the tiles in the shower could use some cleaning, there was no shampoo, there was no coffee in the coffee machine in the room and... it's just expensive for €140 per night without breakfast, but maybe it was just this room, because if the hotel was new, it would have been 100% suitable!
- I would appreciate less design over more functionality and comfort. Walls between the rooms paper thin. We could virtually hear every word of the conversation our neighbours next door had, we could hear them shower, we could hear other things we'd rather never hear :). What's the point of nespresso machine in the room when no capsules are provided? I would much more prefer plain kettle as this can be used to make both tea and (any) coffee. No glasses other than tiny espresso cups. Although breakfast was very good I have to say the dinner at the hotel restaurant was rather disappointing.

Nice lobby and dinning area.
Very small single room with tiny bathroom. A bit far from town.
Better than expected from overview.Great view over village, nice persons in reception, good breakfast.
Very neat, very clean, nice decorated room, excellent breakfast.
Spacious apartment with a direct view to the slopes. Close to the city centre....15 min. walk. Wide choices for a breakfast. Parking just in front of the door.
Overall the hotel was modern and okay. Parking.

Really nice modern hotel with great view over Schladming and surrounding mountains. Staff was friendly, room large enough, beds quite comfortable. Very nice continental breakfast with a lot of choices.

Hearty breakfast, friendly staff, lovely view of town / mountains.
Long walk to town. Overcrowded ski bus that sometimes didn't stop.
The best part of the hotel is the staff, they are always smiling, cultured, friendly and helpful. All my compliments to the staff. The breakfast is quite good, the breakfast area is very nice with a view of the mountains and ski slopes. The only thing missing is bottles with natural water and sparkling water, my recommendation is to put them for breakfast. Excellent view of Schladming from the hotel.
Clean and neat. Good heating, nice view. Very nice staff.
We ordered kne double bed but we got two single bed which was not very comfy to sleep as couple. Restaurant is awful and overpriced for the dinner. Burger was absolotely the worst and also portions was very small, in fact i thought it was a kid’s menu goulash, it was like a half portion. I recommend you eat at center. Also restaurant boss is very rude person, but waiters are nice people. It is far from city so you must have a car with you, or you’ll need to call taxi all the time. Room has a separate wc and bathroom, so you have to goto the bathroom to wash your hands after wc, which is awkard. Checkin time is between 15 and 17. This is not very nice because you have to arrange your time perfectly so you can fit in this 2hour time slot for checkin. Otherwise you have to do self checkin.
Nicely equipped room, really good location including parking. Amazing restaurant with breakfasts and dinners.
Everything, particularly the friendliness and the breakfast were great.
The room was quite cold overnight even though I was covered by the blanket and the radiator was turned on. It might have been just a thing in the room which I stayed but if I was staying longer, I would need to request a thicker duvet.
Great breakfast. Good location.
Rooms were not cleaned properly. Dinner was mediocre.
The booking and staff was very flexible, officially the reception closes at 5 pm. but we received the keys in a key box (it's next to the main entrance) when we arrived at 7 pm. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will be back next year
Very friendly staff. Very supportive.Great location.Excellent breakfast.
A newly renovated hotel in a convenient location, though some elements of the previous design are still visible in the rooms. The staff is generally friendly, although the breakfast team was less welcoming. Overall, a decent choice for an Alpine hotel stay.
The view was disappointing, despite being informed about it in advance, as there was no option to change it. Due to the hotel’s location, half the rooms offer a scenic view, while the other half face the back of the building.
The place and its comfort
People, they are very cold...I was in the reception to see in wich room i will stay, I asked 1 guy from the resto, he told me the reception is closed et he went,,, any help !!!
