If food is important for you, it is the best choice. Breakfast, dinner are amazing!Family owned, home-like, warm atmosphere, cosily, beautiful views.

All above expectations.We were in the end of February, snow coverage was not complete so to get to the slope you need to go 200 meters over the road. However if you rent the equipment you need to go there anyway.

Everything was exceptional. Very cute, cozy and clean hotel, with great breakfast, saunas, rooms and staff.

We loved staying here. The view was great and close to fun activities. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice that the summer card was included with our booking.

We brought a fan to help with better air circulation in the evenings. The beds are firm.

The house is simultaneously modern & fitting into the Alpen "style." Nice breakfast, spacious spa, the sauna has a beautiful view. As the owners are a young couple, they have built a great infrastructure for little kids, and they both speak English very well.

This is not a negative thing, but a statement: if you are not into family environment with small kids, this place is not for you. Unfortunately, no cooking (in the low season). That's quite a pity, it's hard to get lunch in the village.

We loved the family run property. There was a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing. The family was extremely helpful for advice on food and hiking trails. They assisted with taxis into town. Location excellent for hiking. The free bus service in this area was great. The bus is 200mtrs from the hotel. Restaurants in the area were the best we had on our trip.

Thalers is a quaint, family run resort close to the slopes in Shladming. They were very accommodating and we enjoyed the morning breakfast included in the stay. The sauna area was also great, there are 3 sauna options to suit anyone's favourite!

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee area within the room, but it was in the common area which you have to pay for after breakfast.

The staff. Kind, caring, polite young people.

It was a very good breakfast with a choice of various foods. The personnel is very very very helpful.

The spa is good but not enough lounge chairs to sit and relax after the sauna

Breakfast was exceptional with great variety, enjoyed the serenity of the place with relaxing sauna. The staff went above and beyond for us, especially when we were already about to leave and needed to see a doctor at the last minute.

There is nothing not to like. Perfect spot, beautiful views, modern and very comfortable rooms, tasty cuisine and very, very kind staff.

So cosy, clean, great location and friendly staff. We will definitely come back.

Everything. The view, the service and friendliness, the room (renovated and comfortable), the breakfast and the spa. Location is excellent, only ~100m walk from the piste. If enough snow you can also ski to the piste.

I want to express my gratitude to all the staff at the hotel for their warm hospitality. In my case, I made a mistake and had booked the hotel for one week later than originally planned. However, the reception quickly resolved the issue.The SPA experience was terrific, and the room, breakfast, and beautiful view of the mountains were all exceptional.

Great location surrounded by mountains, exceptional breakfast (probably the best one I had), cosy interior, friendly and helpful staff, summer card for lifts included in the price.

Location not optimal for skiing vacation if you are looking at ski to door option. It was not expensive, but price was relatively high.

Excellent location, courteous staff, clean, great food, wonderful amenities, what a perfect place! We'll be back, and not just because Arnold is a local.
