Location is perfect, in the middle of everything and max 5 min walk from the train station. The hotel is very elegant and clean, and the staff was helpful. This might be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I am already considering coming back to Bolzano and this hotel will definitely be my choice.

Wonderful location and stylish

The restaurant was a bit disappointing, not a lot of choice and no great attention of the personnel

The room tall ceilings and the ample space it gave us a luxurious and comfortable experience. The breakfast was very good with lots if choices and friendly staff.

We didn't have breakfast but have to say the location was be best possible. The staff on arrival was so helpfull and we appreciated the free bus service.

Historic property in the centre of Bolzano. Rooms was small but perfectly formed though bathroom a little small. Housekeeping and staff exceptional and a great breakfast.

The location and facilities were great!

The room and bathroom were very small! I think there was a king bed in a double room. Once our bags were in we couldn’t move around.

Booked it for a last minute side trip to go to the Christmas market. Less than 5 min walk to train station. A lovely cafe, restaurant and all overlooking the magical Piazza Walther. Staff was super accomodating and friendly, prepared a breakfast box since our train left so very early.I can't wait ti visit again.

Very enjoyable stay in a well located hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms. Staff were excellent.

The hotel itself, the location and the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was also very good. Spa provides a great option to relax.

The bar was under renovation during one of the nights. The sauna in the spa did not work both days I was staying at the hotel. The parking is paid 22€ per night which you learn after you make a booking.

Location was perfect, room comfortable and a great size. Staff very helpful. I will book again.

The floor was a bit noisy when you walked on it though.

The Stadt Hotel Citta is in a very good location at the side of the plaza. A beautiful building, it is close to shops, restaurants and within walking distance to the train station. On our arrival, we had a very pleasant interaction with the receptionist Alexia. She was very cheerful and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was good and plentiful, with enough variety. The bedrooms were well-furnished though without a closet.

All was OK.

Location. The building is 200 years old n still looks fantastic. Room we chose is a good size n comfortable. Staff are friendly.

Finding the hotel parking was not easy.

The staff didn't seem very competent. Nobody answered the reception phone no matter how many times I rang.
