Hotel Magdalener Hof

The hotel was located about 20 minutes walk from downtown/ old town but right across the road theres bus stop that takes you directly to the old town (about 10 minutes bus ride). Upon check-in we were greeted by a very friendly staff. The room was very spacious as we got upgraded to garden view. Breakfast choice was plenty and delicious!

We were charged for a child even though the room was for two adults only. The room was extremely small !

This place is INCREDIBLE! The views are beautiful. The staff is so kind. The rooms are luxurious and super clean. Food is amazing and I love the free breakfast! And don’t even get me started on how much I love that gym!!!

The only complaint I have is my room was super hot. I believe that was because the sun sets right into the room i was in, so even with the curtains closed it was still pretty warm (and there’s no A/C at this time of year, which I understand since it’s getting colder). But i just slept with the balcony door open at night and it was good! And honestly the view made up for the heat!

I would recommend to add laundry services, and coffee machines in the rooms.

I arrived on Sunday and they told me there is no breakfast on Monday despite it was included in my reservation and they didn’t offer me any kind of compensation even if cup of coffee.

The property is beautiful with great views from the garden & restaurant & pool. The gym was fantastic & breakfast was 11/10 - great variety, all healthy & fresh. My husband & I are health focused travelers and this place was the best on our trip for the gym & breakfast.

Room was a bit small & AC didn’t quite work how we hoped at night. We like to sleep cold. A storm rolled through & cooked down our 2nd night which helped.

The breakfast is delicious. The location is great although the city is quite small, so everywhere is a good location if you want to sleep in the city.

The hotel is luxurious and quiet. The staff were all friendly and efficient. There is a very well equipped gym. I enjoyed a drink at the bar and a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was magnificent!

Very nice property with up to date and very well kept facilities. Great restaurant and staff as well and this makes a great retreat in Bozen.

We stayed both in the newer and older building. The newer building had the better bed mattress. The old one was - well - in need of replacement. But truly this was an exception to an otherwise super super room and hotel.
