Too far from the city?s center. Not enough good restaurants close

It’s in a good location, clean. Good breakfast.

It’s very old.

- It was clean and good value.

- The breakfast buffet had limited options.- The inside tool was very cold.- The sauna / spa was only for naked people.

Clogged shower and sink. Mold in the shower. Old and dirty carpet and walls. Not comfortable couch which we won’t be able to unfold and stuff didn’t help us. No shampoo and hair conditioner

The location near the airport. The staff was very friendly and polite.

There is no proper door to the bathroom, which is combined with the toilet.

The staff were so friendly. One gentleman receptionist called us a cab into town and ensured the driver would not take the longer route. He was excellent.

The building and the garden are very nice. Location is not bad.

The bed is small and not comfortable.

The location is too far from the city center

The room smelled really bad and it was smaller than the one I booked as family room. Moreover, the internet didn’t work in our room and the receptionist kept saying that I might have some magnets which I surely didn’t have lol. The staff was rude and they never offered any coffee during the breakfast. Breakfast is super poor, just bread and water:

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, felt very at home. Fridge in room, balcony, great shower.

Nothing, all good, I guess the red tape is a little annoying but we live in France so we are used to that.

Spacious room nice breakfast

Far from town, no WiFi. They say they have one and give you a password, but the Wi-Fi does not work!

Very friendly stafff, good breakfast, clean hotel, and the addition of the Spa is nice. They even decorated for the Easter Holiday. The buses into Bozen city center are easy to use and frequent.

The hotel personnel was great and so was the breakfast!

The Wi-Fi was poor as the air conditioning in the room!

Disappointing

Tired paintwork. Uncomfortable bed and linen, dirty under bed. Have no idea how it is ****.

Pool was relaxing; spa was a nice treat. Parking garage a plus.

Not hotel's fault, but taxi ride to city center was unnecessarily expensive.

Bad

I called hotel to stay a day earlier, the guy said he can't open on sunday !! Hotels should be open 7 days. We only needed a bed, no service, Was NOT possible to get it. I had to pay in advance , Still waiting for a refund. Had to look for a different Hotel. Hold on !! Nothing refund yet, still waiting in Nov 24

The room was decent size but dirty Amenities didn’t match to what has been presented in booking or hotel websites.

Breakfast was very poor, WiFi almost 0, room was full of dust and spider web

The first day was very bad because the room was unbearable. There was no privacy as I could hear the conversations of the neighboring rooms. There was maintenance work that prevented me from sleeping at all. But the second day they gave me a wonderful room.
