Outdoor park like setting was a lovely retreat. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent and extensive although overpriced.

Information was not clearly communicated -- Examples: front desk did not ask if we wanted to purchase breakfast, but told us when breakfast was served (we assumed it was included). Further, we asked about buses and received 2 different, incorrect answers

Upgraded to A/C. But A/C didn't work. Wouldn't refund my upgrade. Staff was rude.

Perfect location, easy to arrive with the car and a 50meters walk from the main downtown area in Bolzano

The parking is not free and not always guaranteed. It’s a publicly available parking (unsupervised) that is subject to availability. You cannot book a spot in advance. The hotel does offer a 50% discount rate though.

The hotel has tryed to charge me 2 times despite I have prepayed the living which is not ok at all and provided incorrect bll in check out.

Everything was great

Non working Dogs in the hotel , that where also allowed to sit on the couches and in the breakfast area.We love pets, but we also have a family member that has allergies

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities such as 2 restaurants, yoga room, exercise room, and a sauna! Super close to the train station, cable car, and a park. Right on the edge of the old historic city center!

The perfect cosy winter property in the perfect locations. Beautiful views of the mountains from our window. Perfect location for exploring the Christmas markets. Buffet breakfast was delicious - would recommend including in your stay. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the onsite pizza restaurant.

Small room

I really loved the artsy, character-filled design—it feels creative without trying too hard. The location is a major plus: just a short walk from the train station and very close to the city center, making everything easy and accessible.

The sauna is too hot

Parking is not always available. You need to be lucky to find it because it’s a public parking not managed by the hotel, and even then, for the price of the property, the price of the parking is too much.

Wished we could stay longer!

Great location. Loved the hotel styling. Rooms generous. Lounge very cool. Amazing views to the Dolomites. The staff went out of their way to post something we had left behind to our next destination with no stress at all. Would definitely stay again.

Friday night downstairs is a great bar but goes until midnight and you can certainly hear it.

Thanks to your hotel - I'm thinking of giving birth for a while in this wonderful city! Such delicious strawberries, so much entertainment on the territory of the hotel, yoga is endless love, and what a delicious tea in the rooms, I recommend trying the sauna before going to bed. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Beautifully presented and clean rooms. The floor plan of room was spacious. We loved the sauna, pool and the breakfast options, although it’s not inexpensive to get the buffet. Overall aesthetic was lovely and a short walk to main part of town

Bed slightly too firm

Lovely hotel and grounds and swimming pool. Has excellent facilities and the room was very comfortable. Very good staff and parking on site and right next to the centre

We loved it all and our second time at this hotel

Really cute newly renovated hotel in the center of Bolzano. Modern design while still keeping with the mountaineering legacy. Central location, parking garage connected to the hotel (although wish it was free for hotel guests), really great breakfast and helpful staff. This stay is good value for money.

There was no iron in the room or to borrow. They did say they could help to iron though but since we were going out we couldn't use this service. Hotel restaurant closed on Sundays and Pizzeria connected to the hotel closed for lunch.

Lovely garden and convenient situation. Helpful and friendly staff

The room was a bit Spartan without even a chair. And the Friday night loud music in the garden was very unwelcome to guests of our generation. Thankfully it stopped at 9.30. I would stay there again but not on a Friday night

Location and breakfast

Property is old and has not been well maintained with rooms being very tired. Wifi went down whilst we were staying there. For almost E400 per night I expected a little more
