Hotel is beautiful, the garden is absolutely beautiful. Room was great.

This hotel did not offer air conditioning yet. So a 90 degree day without air conditioned rooms made it very hard to sleep.

The garden, the room was excellent. The staff were very attentive. Food was great too.

The breakfast, which was included in the price provided a wide variety of choices. The locations was great, close to the train station, shopping, museums and dining.

Hotel is very nice and elegant. The room was very comfortable. A spacious bathroom. The breakfast which was included was very good. It is a great location right near the train station and the central square of Bolzano. I highly recommend this hotel.

They put us in small dining spaces after just one day of grand breakfast. We did not appreciate that. because the first day it really felt like a 4 star hotel with a huge breakfast in the restaurant Laurin. From next days they put us in really small rooms and it felt like a bnb.

This was my third visit to Park Laurin . I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and all seem to ho out of their way to help you. Breakfast was wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed the bar and entertainment there.

Definitely a place unlike other’s we’ve visited in Italy. Plenty of room, great location, and box breakfast when we left at 6am. We arrived by train a few hours earlier than check-in and we were able to check into our room as it was clean and available. Breakfast was wonderful, loved the meats and cheeses.

The breakfast was good and I was able to order scrambled eggs. The location is just a few minutes walk from the train station. Walking distance to museums and cable car. My room had a great view of the Dolomites.

I had both Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner at the their restaurant. It was very disappointing both nights. I am vegetarian and the menus both nights were slightly different. Both night each course had some form of cauliflower in it. And dishes were beige and not much flavor or color, except for the escarole. No imagination! I know there are lots of vegetables in the area that are green and vibrant shades of red. There was no salad option. The only thing that was tasty were the desserts each night. At least I had a wonderful dinner at a restaurant in town on December 30th.

Excellent hospitality! Rooms has everything necessary, room is comfortable and spacious. Bed is very comfortable! Breakfast is superb! Service is great!

Not a disadvantage, but consider that there is a pretty popular bar right next to the reception, with parties and quite crowded in the evening.

Room was large and comfy as well the bathroom. Large beakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Switches in room did not work, TV to small or far away from bed.

The staff were kind and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. My room, while not extravagant was good size, very clean and comfortable. The ambiance and service in the hotel bar was warm and lovely for winter visits...The location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect--in close proximity to both the train station and the holiday festivities.

I missed having tea or coffee available in the room, however the coffee with breakfast was wonderful

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff with a perfect location for the Christmas Market/downtown. It had fantastic drinks, and wonderful historic details.

My only complaint was the bed it was hard with separate mattresses pushed together but otherwise a great place.

Great location, the room was a lot more spacious than I expected. The bathroom was so nice. Adorable windows.

Carpet had stains, it made it look dirty. But it really wasn’t.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We really like the atmosphere and ascetics. Very professionally managed hotel. Great location, convenient to everything in Bolzano. Excellent breakfast buffet
