Very nice Breakfast. The staff were very also kind and accomidating.

Excellent location. Staff were great to deal with. Breakfast was very good. Room was great. Comfortable, clean and for a single room quite spacious. I never had a chance to use the sauna.

I would like to especially mention the receptionist Emanuele — extremely polite, attentive, and a true professional. The check-in went quickly and pleasantly. The hotel is cozy, clean, and most of the staff really make an effort to create a comfortable atmosphere.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The staff member named Anna, a young woman with dark curly hair, behaved very unprofessionally. She did not even greet us, served the food roughly, ignored our requests, and had a constantly displeased expression throughout breakfast. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable — it was the first time I have encountered such rude treatment as a guest. This completely contrasts with the overall level of service in the hotel. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, as such behavior is unacceptable.Additionally, the food selection was very limited. I do not consume lactose or gluten, and there were practically no suitable options for me. Even desserts were absent — only dry biscuits, whereas most hotels now offer a good variety of gluten-free and lactose-free desserts. I would love to see a wider selection for guests with dietary restrictions.

The customer service. I arrived with the hotel suit being fully booked and they arranged another accommodation for me at another hotel with a higher rate due to prior miscommunications. The on-site women took care of it even though she was off duty and took care in finding reservations at a moment of uncertainty. Thank you so much for taking care of me before my trip to the alps!!

Great Location, please note that even with good noise blocking windows you can hear noises from outside as the square that the hotel is overlooking is busy with restaurants and people. Did not bother us too much.

Pool is at a different location. Not accessible from room. That was not clear when booking.

breakfast was lovely. beautiful room and nice selection of food, including made-to-order items. staff were super nice and helpful. location is excellent, perhaps the best spot in bolzano for sightseeing.

everything was great. the hotel is a bit in need of a slight refurb. some carpets were wearing in the hallways, and bathroom was a bit worn as well. but overall cannot complain.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was very clean and spacious, the breakfast was excellent and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Parking access was not very clear, but was easily sorted with a call to the hotel

Everything was superb at this hotel. Make sure you ask the keys for the sauna room to relax after a day exploring the town.

The hotel is not made for people with walking difficulties. The parking garage is underneath the hotel and you have to talk though alleys and stairs to get to the hotel. The room floor is also not flat. There are stairs from the elevator to the rooms.

Excellent location, right at the main piazza! Spacious and comfortable room, delicious breakfast.

There are a couple of stairs to reach the room, which makes it a bit difficult when you’re carrying big suitcases, or if the person has limited mobility.
