in an industrial area.. might be good for business travel but not that great for tourism. plenty of nice sites nearby if you have a car, though.

There was nothing to like about this hotel.

The staff was not helpful and the restaurant food choices were poor and it was very noisy. Could not carry on a conversation during dinner without shouting. Will not recommend this hotel. The location is very poor.i

Position easy to reach center by bus, confortable parking. Staff very friendly and supportive. Strong wifi. Rooms big, modern, well fitted, spotless clean, great beds, a touch of confort and luxury. Rooms are fixed every day. Great spa, restaurant and bar very nice. Breakfast delicious for all wishes with quality products. This hotel is about confort and luxury at a great price. Over expectation, we will come back any time.

Room is good

Breakfast is not that variety, staff (only one girl) is not helpful and arrogant!

Check-in was smooth, rooms very nice and breakfast was excellent.

Our room was on the 4th floor and we were waiting for the elevator each time for 5, 10 min ...and many times when it came it was already full and we had to wait again for the next one

Window constantly open at the swimming pool.With outside temperature below zero it was verry cold especially for the small kids!!!!Swimming pool personel unable to close the window and assist on request!!!!Breakfast average for the 4stars hotel.

Nice hotel with private parking close to highway so visiting south Tyrol's landmarks is easy from here

The SPA is like an FKK beach. People running around naked proper dressing etiquette should be enforced.

Location was ok for us as we used it as a base to visit several spots, in the mountains. It is not in the center of the city, but you get get there easily by train.They had some gluten free options for the breakfast (schar buns, some croissonts....). Very nice touch was the juice maker, where you can squeez apples and carrots for a fresh juice, every morning!

Breakfast was excellent. The pool and spa was great too. The room was large and contained everything we needed for a 1 night stay.

The temperature in the room was too hot even in December - you can only adjust the temperature by + or - 2 degrees. We had to sleep without any covers and we tossed and turned most of the night. Don't like the policy of having to be nude in the steam room.

Location, staff friendliness, facilities.

Kids in the hot tub, maybe should have an earlier cut off time.

Position very close to train station to go to Bolzano centre and Merano. Very nice breakfast.

Strange elevator key thing where it only allows you to go your floor (fair enough) but isn't explained very well.

The facilities and location close to Flixbus stop. Very convenient to get to the City. And the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Very good breakfast

The rooms are large .. also the bathroom .. the breakfast is good .. and the pool is ok . The bed is big and comfy

Rooms are so hot .. and a bit old .. in my room there was a spot under the carbet that the floor was broken under it .. elevators are so slow . And parking is expensive .. staff are not so nice and welcoming .. its good for 1 or 2 nights .. no more

Very comfortable, clean and the best part is there is spa facilities. Great location, very close to the airport.

The location is in an industrial area so not great. The heating in the room and on the floor were far too hot.

confirm. They apparently did send a reply email but I checked my inbox again and there was nothing. I had deleted my junk mail so I could see if it was there. They had plenty of rooms so it wasn’t as though I was depriving them of a room.

The breakfast wa exceptional. The foyer and bar nice decor. The staff had good language skills. Checkout time of midday very generous.

The extractor fan was outside the bathroom and as a result ineffectual. It was also noisy for a long time.

We received a rich and hearty breakfast every day. We are very satisfied! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. We reached the city center by train in a few minutes.

It was a bit cold in the room.
