The most important that washroom was super new, had bidet sprayer which is very important for Muslims, also had garage under hotel where you can park your car safely and it coasted 20 or 25 euro can’t recall, special regards to Magdalena, for her hospitality and kind and joyful personality ❤️

Staff is very friendly and helpful, the hostess at the reception made sure we knew our way around and had all the tips and recommendations. The location is very close to the center, and the rooms are clean and comfy.

Extremely practical if travelling by car with luggage, as underground closed parking spots are available at the hotel upon additional reservation and fee.Clean room, excellent shower, practical location close to WE market and other shops and cafés.

The bed frame is far too large and leaves too little space to circulate around, bumped into it with both legs, quite painful.An electric kettle and a fridge in the room would have been really appreciated.

The location is fine and easy to find. There is a parking possibility and we could even park for free as there was a place just in front of the hotel. The Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and recommended a very good pizzeria when we asked for a place to eat. Easy to check in and check out.

The sofa bed was not comfortable and we decided to move the mattress on the floor. The room was also not very big but enough for a night. The price was a bit high compared to similar standard but maybe because we decided ourselves in the last minute...

As said above, the staff was friendly overall, but at times did not appear to be too motivated. The bed was comfortable, yet appeared not to be too robust.

Breakfast was good. They had cold cuts, cheese, croissants, bread, boiled eggs, and different types of coffee.

I paid online before arriving. I was disappointed that I had to pay a $10 late check-in fine due to the fact I arrived at the hotel after 11pm.

I can’t really comment on property as I was not let inside.

Receptionist was very rude, she was almost aggressive as stood in the entrance to block me walking in. Which I was not going to do as I explained bicycles are not allowed. Listing did not state bikes are not allowed in the room or safe parking isn’t provided. Despite me understanding and being told 10pm I have no place to stay I was treated horrible. I was not even allowed at reception to get the refund so I left and resolved it via booking.com I was lucky enough to encountered another guest of this hotel who showed me a nearby hotel that was pleasant and bike friendly. Booking.com was very swift and helpful in getting the refund

Mile walk from train station and half a mile from old town; not a touristy part of town.

The location was great. The rooms rooms were clean. The shower was terrific. Indoor parking for 15 Eur/night was nice. Lobby and staff were very nice.

Room was small with all three beds nearly touching. The single beds would slide on the floor too easily, so you could not sit up in bed against the wall without the bed moving out. Only one tiny plastic cup in bathroom. My wife did not like the no outside food our drink in room policy.
