B&B Hotel Bolzano

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

The entrance could be more clear.

The staff was very helpful and friendly to explain the procedure and solve some doubts I had about the hotel

I paid the room for 3 people but I received the room for 2 people only. As I arrived after 11pm, I did self-checking and there was nobody in the reception to solve my problem. At the end I was forced to take in the room and squeeze all 3 people.

Very helpful staff at the front desk! Good breakfast!

That it had Netflix that we could access for my daughter to chill. The breakfast was good value and had a lot of choices. It had frozen meals and a microwave on the foyer for hungry tummies.

The brightness of the business buildings outside shone over the top of curtain and was not good for sleep. The air conditioner for heat was very hit and miss. Wouldn't turn on and then when it did turn on it turned off by itself. The shower door screen was not great and the shower head was too short to wash hair with.

They were helpful. We booked 2 rooms.by mistake with booking.com but they were willing to help us report this to booking.com

No good AC working

Clean, efficient check-in, comfy bed, great parking, easy to get to

The place was clean and beds comfortable. The front desk people were kind. The room was a fair size. They have own parking lot.

The hotel is a ways from restaurants, bus and train stations.

Staff was helpful. Exceptionally clean. Easy to get to.

A little too far from city centre for me as I have mobility issues. Had to drive which is not far, however with all the construction currently going on, it was a little difficult at busy times.

Very basic chain hotel, but did the job for a quick stay over- clean and comfy bed. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Free parking was a plus.

Nothing fancy- walls banged up desperately needed new paint but we understood the standard of hotel when booking so it did not disappoint. Breakfast also extremely basic, but did the job.

Clean place with helpful staff

Located 45 min -1 hr walk from central Bolzano and is right next to the highway

breakfast is good and the staff is excellent

there was dust everywhere. it can be cleaner

Very clean. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast!

No fault of the property - the location is in a slightly industrial part of town, not a whole lot of Italian flair. Convenient though as they have free parking.

The hotel is nice and modern

Its located too far away from City in some industrial area.

The front desk people were very nice

Rooms are small, only 1 pillow per person and 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. The bathroom was nice until you took a shower, it was dirty and moldy.

The location is convenient close to the bus stop. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The floor of our room was full of dust. It was uncomfortable when walked on barefoot.

Good value for Bplzano; staff very helpful; breakfast good value for 9.5E. Free on-site parking.

Effective, not big roomy area

There was a pleasant time in the hotel. The location is quiet but not that far from the city center.

The breakfast didn't have many vegetarian options and the shower cabin feels not comforable

Free parkingGood bathroomQuite

Small windows, dark roomWalls are not very cleanNo cups in the room, they sell it downstairs

Beautiful, clean, and convenient location. Staff was great. We appreciated their eco-friendly approach!

It smelled like axe body spray in the halls

Very clean and comfortable room. Good WiFi. Good breakfast.

It is not in the Bolzano city center; however, this wasn’t a problem for me. There is a direct bus.
