The staff was amazing! The owner is a cute older gentleman that was so sweet. I arrived late one night after check-in and he stayed up and waited for me to arrive! Great staff and very clean place to stay.

Just the lack of AC. My room had a movable fan but I was always hot while trying to sleep.

Friendly owners, clean room.

The host was very nice and welcoming, breakfast was good. By paying the city tax we got passes for all public transport including the gondolas for the duration of our stay.

A wonderful hotel to stay in Dobbiaco. My room was spacious and very comfortable with a relaxing balcony. I had dinner included and the meals were delicious....breakfasts were the best during my two months traveling around Italy. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I lost my smartphone on one of the local buses and Sara at reception worked tirelessly to locate it and I was able to retrieve it the next day. Rita in the restaurant was also very nice. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great.

Linens, equipments and the room/bathrooms were cleaned. They look as if they needed a bit of renovation but it was clean, towels were changed everyday.

The wifi never worked, even downstairs at the restaurant. The instructions for breakfast were not really clear. The first morning, I was first greeted with a moody woman who waited for her conversation to be over to help me although I said hello/ciao a few times.

I liked that the owner informed me about the Bolzano card, which gave me free transport everywhere. The breakfast was limited but good enough, and they made coffees and cappuccinos for guests.The location was easy for getting around.

The internet was really bad. It continuously disconnected on both my phone and laptop for no apparently reason. It didnt matter where I was in the building. It would either not connect, or connect for a few minutes. I ended up using my data instead.

The bathroom could benefit from some refurbishment. I would have preferred breakfast at 7 am vs 8.

I liked staying here! The breakfast was a nice, quaint experience! It was very peaceful. It's the perfect way to immerse into the Bolzano culture. The location is great, and the owner was very kind. The room was also super clean. This is a great spot to stay if you're traveling alone.

The walls are thin, you can hear people walking and opening doors, but it didn't happen too often and it didn't bother me much. The room is quite small, but as a solo traveler, I didn't mind. It was the perfect, small town experience.

The location is easily reachable by public transport. For the price the room is good, with its private bathroom. In my booking the breakfast was included, basic breakfast with tasty croissants included :)) The owner is very friendly and can speak English and German in addition to Italian. So the stay overall was pleasant.

The team at B&B Hotel Dolomiti was one of the kindest and most welcoming I've ever met. Mr. Moreno and Mrs. Antonietta were helpful in answering my questions about the city. The breakfast was nice. The location was useful for me, as I could reach the city center in just a few minutes, and Bolzano's bus system is very efficient.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean room. The breakfast was tasty, especially the cappuccino. The room is simple, but clean and the bed is comfortable. A bonus was the balcony! Also, try their pizza. You won’t regret it.

The location was great, very close to the city centre and bus stops. As we had our long trip bus early in the morning, we managed to get a city bus already at 05.40
