Hotel Regina

Proximity to train station. Clean, comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel is right in front of the train station, so location is perfect for those who need to catch an early train/bus (as we did on our way to ski slopes). At the reception we were given recommendations for where to have dinner and also a 10% discount for some of the restaurants.

Great location - a step across the road from the main train station, close to city centre and everything we wanted to see in a short space of time. The room was clean, but a bit pokey with the extra sofa bed being out - for 4 travellers with all our bags but we only stayed one night so it was fine for what we needed. They provided tea and coffee facilities in the room but only one bottle of water.

It’s a bit dated and there’s no lounge area to relax but nothing else was a problem.

Everything was so clean and accommodating. The staff were so friendly and spoke great English. The location was so convenient for shopping!

The only thing is I wish the parking was marked better.

Staff very kind and attentful - available to provide assistance after check-out.Breakfast was abundant with a good selection sweet and salty options.Bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable to rest after a long walk but specially to sleep.

Fantastic staff, so helpful and cheerful. Fabulous wide spread breakfast, totally and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Very clean room. Major plus point is they also keep our luggage for us after check out and absolutely free of charge. Super close proximity to the Bolzano train station and bus station. Was provided with free Bus pass too by the hotel. Will definitely recommend friends and family to stay in Hotel Regina. Thank you Hotel Regina for a fabulous stay and your superb service. It was a good location with handy location and the staff were lovely

Somebody had smoked in the non-smoking room and it smelled really bad. Matress and pillows didn't smell fresh.

The breakfast spread is good with lots of choices. Sitting area is comfortable. Easy access from the rooms.

The staff was very friendly! The hotel was close to everything. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from, which was included in the price of the hotel.

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed (only the fridge is small). The location is excellent and the staff are really kind and helpful.You can park in the hotel parking lot for an additional fee.The breakfast is excellent.You get free tickets for the cable car in the area.In summary, it was lovely and we got excellent value for money.Highly recommend

Amazing location (just across the street from the main train station). The breakfast is fabulous with hot food along with a good selection of cold cuts and pastries.

Needs updating and the room smelt a bit foosty. Decor is very dated. No USB sockets in room. Heavy blanket on bed instead of light duvets. The 'pretend' bacon left me gutted! Warmed ham is not a bacon substitute

Good for transit stop over night. Fairly basic room and hotel for the price but Bolzano is a bit pricey. Reception staff helpful and gave us a guest pass which meant free transport including funicular and tram up the mountain (great value). We had access to breakfast at 6am as early train. Convenient location - Hotel 2 min walk to Train, 8 min walk to Old town Piazza.

Fairly warm in room even with aircon. Very hot in Bolzano for June. But we were only there one night so not a big issue.
