Pros +
- The location is great, specially if you want to explore the surroundings. You just have to walk across a square to reach the train station. The bus station is a few meters farther. Next to the hotel, there’s a newly renovated square and a new shopping mall with an amazing food court. The room is very clean and and the bed is comfortable. Our room had a minibar, although it was empty and noisy. Big bathtub and good shower.
- We have booked a triple room, and were very happy with our choice. The place is owned by a very pleasant couple, It is very clean, nice and extremely conveniently located for people who need to take the train early in the morning.
- A short walk from the station and town centre. Perfect for exploring Bolzano and the Christmas markets. Clean and comfy room. Good value.
Cons -
- The staff is nice, but the hotel doesn’t seem to be very computerized. Everything is manual, so even finding the guest’s name at check-in takes some time. The breakfast is 15 euros, too expensive for a meal that only offers coffee and a few supermarket snacks. The heating could have been better.
- Unfortunately, when we arrived, the receptionist had locked herself out of the hotel, so we were forced to wait outside for an hour before we could check in or use the facilities, which reflected poorly on the organisation.Additionally, the third bed had no nearby power sockets, which was a bit inconvenient.
- No kettle in the room.

No kettle in the room.
Very helpful staff who made us a lovely breakfast. Great location.
Too expensive.
Very clean! Very helpful and kind staff! Very convenient location!
Very close to train station, just oppisite the new big mall so you can go shopping there ,eat there and because i went at christmas time there was lots of markets and icering near the hotel.
Friends cant come to meet up at the hotel
The hotel is in a great location and it feels very safe. Decent price for one night.
The water was brown in the shower and sink for the first few minutes in the bathroom. Makes me wonder how long the water was sitting in the pipes.
it is very close to the train station just 2-3 minutes of walk. It is very central and a safe environment. They allowed us to do early check-in when asked since we arrived early. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable. They clean the room every day. Overall it was perfect.
Na
We taken bath from cold water that to during winter , my daughter also suffered
Love the location.2mins from train station (just across the street)2 mins from Christmas market & the famous Loacker cafe.

Central location, clean. Simple check-in/out. Comfortable bed.
Bit old furniture/style
very close to downtown and nice staff.
there was not much noise attenuation between rooms
Location close to train and bus station, plus old town
Just the usual gripe about European double beds that split down the middle!
The location is great and for a fair price
Leaving my key at the desk before I left each time and the 1 am curfew.
Location is really convenient.Room was always well cleaned.Price-value ratio was good.
The construction work at Walther Park is loud, starts early and ends late. This will likely change after the opening of the plaza.Lights from Walther Park glare through the window at night, so using the shades was mandatory.Room was small and fairly dark, but functional. You can hear your neighbours well.
Location was a 5 minute walk from the train station, a 7 minute walk to the cable cars, and a 3 minute walk to the center of town! Perfect location for a quick travel place! It was super clean and beds were super comfortable, we felt super safe too.
I truly dont have anything bad to say about the place! Perhaps maybe supply more toiletries for the room but other than that it was a perfect pace to stay if you are not spending all of your time in your hotel.
Location is near the train station
No aircon or heater. Weather was cold at night 2 ° Celsius.
Centrally located, good transport links for hiking regions. Nice and clean rooms.
Size of bed for a large person.
The location was great for touring the old town. Only downfall was the current construction across the street from us as they were usually starting at 6:30 or 7:00am. The room was simple and clean and it felt secure.
No kettle or coffee machine to make our own coffee in the room.
Clean, comfortable, close to the train station and bus stop.
