The location and the owner family friendly hotel.was great for vacation.

Perfect for solo travelers due to the central location, close to safe underground parking garage. Park at Walter Platz and make an enquiry about the parking ticket at the reception.The room was comfortable and quiet, clean and got everything needed. Excellent service and great value!

Hotel Figl was in the perfect location for walking the streets of Bolzano. They have a delightful courtyard that we enjoyed both for breakfast and happy hour. Their service is amazing. They were able to give us all the information we needed for buses and access to local attractions.

Hotel was in the perfect location for visiting all sights and within blocks of all restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful with understanding bus schedules to Ortisei and it was so nice to receive the guest transportation pass. Room was decent size, comfy bed and great hot shower . We also had a room overlooking the Kornplatz.

Difficult to find if you are driving, as the area is a pedestrian zone. Terrible pillows.

The staff are all lovely people—the owners, desk staff, bar/cafe staff. Generous, helpful. Great location in the center. Great perks in parking discount and transit pass which includes the gondola up the mountain, local train and buses.

A non-smoking hotel, but smoking is allowed outdoors on the (very attractive and popular) patio, which is open to the public for breakfast, coffee, and drinks all day/eve. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, and you want to be able toopen your windows, do not accept a room on the first floor overlooking the patio, as the smoke filters upward. Also the A/C is a bit underpowered.

Noisy AC, a bit pricey for overall good but not exceptional experience. Paying extra 19 euros a day for parking, which is lower than the official parking price (hotel gives a discount), but still something to take into consideration.

Great place in the middle of town! Room was very comfortable and staff were friendly. It was a great base for my stay in Bolzano.

This is a fantastic hotel in Bolzano city center! The room was spacious enough for two people to relax and get ready for the day without issue. The beds were comfortable and easily movable to facilitate space, there was lots of bathroom counter space for all of our toiletries, and the staff was always helpful. The breakfast was amazing! It was a full spread of everything you'd expect from the region: breads, yogurts, fruit, eggs, cheeses, etc. We'll return to Figl again!

There's not a thing I can complain about. It's a solid hotel and very reasonably priced.

Friendly, modernised hotel in a great location

Night staff should have called the police as there was an unlicensed event that kept us all awake until 3am. Ruined my stay at an otherwise great hotel.

The property was very well kept, cozy, and even the hotel bar and restaurant was priced very reasonably.

Nothing - had a wonderful stay and would come back.

The location of this hotel was ideal for the Chrismas holiday and local events.The staff was friendly and helpful.The only component I did not like and understand why this would be the case, was the bed.It honestly felt like the mattress was made from a slab of foam. Everything else was fine.

The bed mattress. I think it was a piece of foam.No support whatsoever, I would have slept on the floor if I would have stayed longer.

The staff was excellent at every turn. But in particular, when a strike cancelled out train they found a room for us as soon as possible so we had a place to wait until the city sites opened. They were superb!
