I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with deliciously prepared Bavarian dishes. The hotel itself had a lot of charm (the lobby and rooms were beautifully decorated with wood and stone in true Alpine style, which made everything feel warm and cozy). On top of that, the location close to Schliersee was perfect for exploring the area

Everything was festively and tastefully decorated for Christmas. It’s clear how much effort has gone into everything. The restaurant and breakfast room offer a very pleasant ambiance, and the cozy fireplace area in the lobby is an excellent spot to relax.The Junior Suite was very spacious. Both the rooms and the entire property are impeccably clean and well-maintained.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd like to emphasize that especially the younger crew is cordial and bright.The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of options and most items tasting great. Fans of Bavarian or English breakfasts will also be satisfied.

The bathroom was relatively small. A word of caution when showering: due to a faulty seal, the entire bathroom can quickly flood.The waitresses in charge of the breakfast buffet were quite bossy and domineering. This was at times rather difficult to bear. Unfortunately, the Christmas Eve dinner buffet was disappointing. It lacked festive flair, the selection was very limited, and the quality was below average—likely due to the presence of large coach tour groups.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good. The selection was varied, and there was something for every taste. A big compliment also goes to the friendly and attentive staff, who made the breakfast experience so pleasant.

Unfortunately, our stay on the nights, was disrupted by significant noise coming from the courtyard. The noise from the beer garden, located in the courtyard, continued past midnight and reached our room, which was directly above it. As a result, we were unable to get a good night's sleep and only managed to fall asleep very late.We woke up the next morning feeling exhausted. Disappointingly, the reception staff did not acknowledge that noise could be a serious issue for overnight guests. Additionally, the rooms, particularly in terms of soundproofing and temperature control during the summer, did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms became uncomfortably hot due to a lack of modernisation, further impacting our comfort.Unfortunately, the service staff did not address or take our concerns seriously, which left us with an overall negative impression of our stay.

No laundry room. It took them a while to fix the TV. But they did. The dinner we ate was very salty.

The hotel was fully booked by a group of vegetarians that held a party until 1.00 am..... imagine... I go with my family to the mountains in the middle of Bavaria and I cannot sleep until 1.00 in the morning because the hotel allows someone to hold a party until late at night... it was not a good stay...

Sauna facilities, good breakfast, tranquil atmosphere....

The room was too hot at night. There was only a quilt available. Without it, its cold but with it its hot. May be a blanket is offered. I know I should have asked and I was sure I would have been given one but if it's available in the room (in the wardrobe) it would make a lot of difference in my opinion. This is the third time I stayed and never encountered this problem though.

The hotel is beautiful and clean

The room was HOT!!! We had no heat on and still woke up sweating. Needs AC! It was chilly outside and had to sleep with the terrace door open which wasn’t a safe feeling. Bed is NOT comfortable at all! Horrible nights sleep.

The check in and check out was simple and fast. The staff very friendly. Parking right inside hotel area. Restaurant Food was quite good, we tried the Wiener schnitzel, it was good and generous portion.The bed was comfortable and everything clean.The Brezel at the breakfast buffet was very good.There was even ice cream but the ice cream at the buffet was already very hard and impossible to take without force. Otherwise great breakfast.

We wanted to try the sauna but it was located in a fitness studio inside the hotel, it was quite a hassle to go to the sauna. The fitness itself is a studio for members so not exclusive for the hotel guest. The sauna itself was quite small. Because you have to go through the fitness to go there, it would be uncomfortable to walk there already with the bath robes. So alas, we didn’t try it.

The staff were excellent and so was the room. The bed was comfortable and lighting good.

Having travelled a really long way, I was looking forward to a quiet room and a good sleep.. Unfortunately, I was put into a room next to a busy road(all be it with a row of trees in between) and also there was a bit of construction work, moving of soil etc going on.. This was a big negative for me.Also, please, please tell your cleaning staff Not to spray whatever it is they sprayed in some vague hope to make a room smell nice. The smell was so overpowering, smelled of cheap aftershave and I felt sick throughout, it felt as if an unknown man was in the room at the same time! No need for this at all.

Noisy as hell

I arrived after driving 8 hours, ate a nice dinner in the restaurant and then went to bed. They had a huge party which did not finish until 04:30 in the morning. Finally I got to sleep at 05:00 only to woken up by the cleaner at 07:15. Not good when one has meetings and then an 8 hour drive home!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would rate it 8 out of 10. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, there were a few minor issues with the cleanliness of the room and some noise from nearby construction. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
