The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is good and the hotel has a small gym with a treadmill and cross trainer.

The bed was hard, thin matress, thin cussion.
The staff were great and the hotel provided a wonderful breakfast. I would highly recommend SchwaBbische Maultaschen with fried onions, its was delicious.
The pillows were ultra soft, I would have preferred a second pillow on the bed, one soft and one firm. I think having a choice of two would make for a better experience.

Wifi was not working. Bed was not comfy as matress and pillows were very low quality.
