Elite World Van Hotel

We had pleasant stay with family , location was good ,only parking area was full of dust hope this can be prepared during further years. Staff were friendly , and supportive, breakfast was also good but better to have more options in compare with price.

parking area, some technical failures exists for basin and toilet nuzzle , there was no standard check list for room service , sometimes more and sometimes less and should remind or denote to personel

The person who works in massage therapy was not okay and she was very angry

I selected pay at property but they charged from our card I didn’t like it

The snacks are delicious and there is a lot of variety also coffee.

There is an occasional smell of cigarette smoke at night. There is a limited selection of Bf.

unable to reach the staff. phones were not answered when there was an issue. our room did not have TV Remote and never got a replacement! house cleaning was superficial and soaps were not refilled

A little bit about the breakfast

I recently stayed at *Elite World Hotel in Van*, and I had a fantastic experience. The *location* is perfect – right in the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions. The *staff* were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was one of the highlights – fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.

The bed was hard

I had a good experience at the Elite World Hotel in Istanbul, but this branch of the hotel in Van is a bit old and not well maintained, but overall it is a good hotel compared to other hotels in Van.

Parking outside the hotel was close.

No working wifi. No bathtub in the room despite being specified, had to move rooms and then the tub leaked and was not functional. Room was overheated and aircon not adjustable - so hot it was impossible to sleep

Nice room, proper bathroom, nice gym. Good location, valet parking.

Unfortunately swimming pool was closed, not sure if this was only temporarily though... And no response to questions through Booking.com or through e-mail so this can be improved lots. Helpdesk in hotel itself is helpful however.

My Room was good. Also the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was very low quality, only few options of food. I couldn’t even find anything to eat to get full . For the price that I paid was unexpected. Also for the first two days the pool was not working.
