Hotel is okay for one or few night stay, but not longer. Clean room

Breakfast was not very nice, small selection and many things were not tasty. Staff not speaking English, only German. Room and stuff inside it were smaller than in the pictures.

Disappointing

The worker in Kasse charged more than what was written in the bill, I found it out, and he return the extra charged around 30 Euro. It would be unfortunate if I don’t check carefully.The breakfast is really basic.

Would not recommend for family

No food nearby. Cost is too high based on facilities provided

Room clean and comfortable.

There is no restaurant for an evening meal.I was charged for parking but did not have a car. I did not realise this on check out as I had a taxi waiting. It took some time to get this charge refunded to my account.

Was in the area for a wedding and the hotel was value for money. Check-in and check out were simple and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel also had enough parking space which was important for us as we were driving there. The hotel's parking also had electric charging for vehicles it seems but I did not use it.

Although there were enough parking space, the spaces were fairly tight, so a large car might find it hard to park.

Nightmare Experience: Bed Bugs and...

I recently had the misfortune of stating in this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this would not be a pleasant stay. The staff's demeanour was rude, leaving a sour taste in my mouth from the start.To make matters worse, my room was infested with bed bugs. These pests had turned what should have been a comfortable nights sleep into an itchy, restless ordeal. We noticed this around 1am and immediately notified the front desk, however no one was there so I rang their "Emergency" 24hr contact numbers with no answer after various attempts. I even whatsapped them and they had seen it but never replied. We could not sleep in that bed so that night I went to a different hotel and paid from our own pockets. Th next morning I asked for my money back or even pay for the other hotel we went to but nothing. The owners refused.The lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the staff throughout this ordeal was truly disappointing. I strong advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. There are plenty of other hotels nearby and much better.

Price quality is way off...

Booked a room with double bed, arrived to a double room with 2 single beds without the possibility to join them together. Asked the staff for a solution, didn’t speak english and didn’t make an effort to find a solution. Room looked clean, but next day, after checking under the bed if we forgot something, it was very dirty. They clean optically. To conclude: price-quality ratio is very off.

Breakfast was quite good, but not for 3 stars hotel.

The room was not very clean and it was much smaller than in the pictures with a small window and not with the large bed (as we booked). The personnel at the reception was not very helpful. It was too nosy late in the evening (at 11 p.m) when personnel make some cleaning close to the hotel. Wi-fi was not very good. The price is too high for such a hotel.

Very nice little hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly owner and staff.

Location is a little outside of the city.

The room is new and the bed is comfortable. The price for 4 persons with breakfast is very good. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant personnel is taking good of their food! Nice

We loved our room and enjoyed our short stay. We booked the suite, it was very spacious and comfortable, big bed, big jacuzzi, big bathroom. Room had 2 TVs so you can watch in bed or on the sofa. Everything was clean. Hotel modern simple clean and comfortable. Will be staying here again.

Breakfast could be much better in terms of variety and such.one of the TVs sound wouldn’t work, and the table lamps on the nightstands also didn’t work (one missing a lightbulb) but there were plenty of other lights and lamps so it didn’t affect us. Since we didn’t stay long and weren’t bothered we didn’t ask to get anything fixed so we can’t really comment on service/responsiveness of staff.

The restaurant on site was not open, only used for breakfast.

The room was clean - but there was a terrible smell from the sewer. Believe that the hotel was very aware of this as the have been putting a lot of incense sticks in the bathroom to hide the smell

Location was terrible. Not at all as described in the presentation. Hotel is in an industrial area. When we arrived there was none in the reception and we had to call the hotel. Just to get the info that we will have to wait for 10 min before someone will come to the reception. Breakfast was ok - but dinner was waste of money. I have to give up on my steak. This was simple uneatable.

We choose this hotel because of the EV charging station . There are at least 6 stations and we can just charge the car during the night . it is near to the places we like to visit . For example the outlet city and bad urach . basically , don’t expect too much so you won’t be disappointed. we are also happy to have air conditioning in this hotel.breakfast is very basic 。

Hotel Staff are not friendly or motivated 。 We greet them and try to lift up their spirit . :-)

I asked at the reception if my booking included breakfast and I was told it didn't, only to later find out when looking at the invoice that it did.
