I liked the good location, modern and clean interior of the room.

Parking is expensive

I loved all of it. I loved the staff who were so friendly and helpful. I loved the room because it was the perfect size and price. I absolutely loved the location which was middle of downtown Reutlingen. Great deal!.

Good Breakfast with a selection of items, location is a short walk to the downtown area with many shops and restaurants. Parking is paid, but is just under the hotel.

The room was small, witn an even smaller window but was functional. Good wifi. The breakfast had all the basics, no extras. Excellent coffee. Parking (public) accessible and payable from the hotel. The parking is called Kayserpassage. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, the parking is accessed from a side street.

No aircon and a very small window, the room felt a but warm and stuffy.

I like the room it is very clean and spacious. The Bathroom is squeaky clean and all the necessary things that we need is already in there.

The lights was not that bright, the headboard of the bed was smelly, it smells like that the laundry was not properly dry and it stinks :(

The room was old and dirty, especially the bathroom (black mold all over the shower)The elevator made noise all throughout the night. The breakfast was very disappointing

Our room was small and a little tired. The curtain did not cover the window. There was no bar.

The family rooms are very spacious, with enough room for the child to play on the floor. Renovated, very comfortable beds, and the sofa bed is also very good. The staff is excellent, and the hotel manager in Reutlingen is always attentive. There is enough space for the baby stroller and an elevator! Restaurant Outside like about 1 minute walk "Mauritios" VERY GOOD.The breakfast is DELICIOUS! and very complete, the facilities are also very nice. The restaurant staff is also always attentive to anything that might be missing during breakfast.

The bathrooms are not renovated, so at night, after taking a bath in the tub, water started coming out of the drain, flooding not only the bathroom but also half of the room. The problem started when we realized there was no one at the front desk at night. We had to dry everything as best as we could with towels and toilet paper. Luckily, there was an emergency number to call. A few minutes later, they contacted us to ask about the problem, offered to change our room, and apologized for the inconvenience.Also, the pool and sauna no longer exist, although the website is not updated. They told us that they have been closed since COVID.

The location was perfect for us.

We booked a standard double double room ( in German “ein Doppelzimmer”) and we were given a single room ( in German “ein Einzelzimmer”)It would have been ok if we’re going to stay just one night, but we had it booked for 12 nights, and honestly it was kind of crowded for 2 people.We asked at the reception and they told us “Einzelzimmer” was a double room.My husband and me both speak and read fluently German, and we both know the difference. I took pictures of the hotels map and distribution and you can clearly see if it’s a double or a single room.As I said, for a night we wouldn’t have say anything, but we paid 12 nights .

there is no direct way from the (paied) parking to the roomfloors.The breakfast didn't have a lot and it was around 8.30 quite empty.The room was very old, the paint on the door was almost gone and the curtains didn't want to go nicely.Also a showe curtain isn't really hygienic.

The location of the hotel was simply perfect, in a very nice and quiet area, ten minutes walk from the station and the centre of Reutlingen. The receptionist and the staff very kind and the room comfortable and clean.
