Cons -
- I did not receive the room I booked. I reserved a room with a large bed for two people, but I was given a smaller room with only one bed. I arrived late at night and had no alternative, so I had to stay. I did not agree to this downgrade and expected a solution or compensation, which was not

Great location, quiet but close to the town centre. Immaculately clean.
Cleaners came a bit early (9am); we hadn’t left the room at that time.
not somewhere i would stay again
bathroom facilities for larger sized guests not suitable.room very small
Location was good. Room was a nice size.
There was an extra ordinary number /amount of pigeons outside the window. They have a problem, you can especially tell because of the nets and sharp things attached to the windows and facade outside.
Neat and tidy.
Difficult parking situation. Very narrow rooms.
Location was superb, near the main shopping street.
Was surprised to realize there is no staff to ask questions from, felt a bit "abandoned" at times due to no supervision from anyone.
The hotel has no front desk staff but I was able to navigate my way in via the instructions from the email. The location was calm, quiet, and central to shops, restaurants and public transportation.
No daily cleaning until check out. It was a bit difficult to take my luggage up the stairs at check in. Porters or elevator could have made it easier.
Passable
No AC in the room.Breakfast 5 min away from building in a main hotel. They forgot that we booked 2 rooms and in check in box there was only one room code. I had to call to get the other one.It suppose to be clear written that this object is not a hotel.
The bed was comfortable
I couldn't get into the hotel. The code didn't work. The hotel took forever to respond. I asked a neighbor to help, and she told me that this happens all the time. She said people can't enter because the codes don't work. Finally, when speaking to the person, he repeatedly said that I only booked one room. I have no idea what that had to do, with me not being able to get access. The room wasn't clean and extremely noisy both from inside the hotel and the street
Check-in was very quick and easy, which made arrival stress-free. Good coffee machine. Although there’s no reception, the messaging service was excellent, the management responded promptly and was very helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, there were no lifts/elevators in the building, which made things very difficult for my parents, who are both disabled. Our room was on the top floor, and carrying all our suitcases up the stairs was quite a challenge.Additionally, the sloped loft ceiling posed a safety risk. On our last day, I hit my head badly on one of the low corners and experienced a headache and neck pain for two days. The sloping ceiling had no warning signs, and the colour of the walls made it difficult to notice the change in height, especially when just waking up and still sleepy. In most places, I’ve seen yellow caution signs for low ceilings, which would have been helpful here.
It's clean, close to the main train station and has a coffee maker with coffee. You have to check in with the machine outside, which was very easy
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
I stayed in Room 15. The cooking/fat smell coming from the kitchen below was terrible at night. It made you feel sick! Also the noise from the kitchen staff below is awful. The amount of pigeons around this room is very bad, they make a noise till dark and start again at 4am, so you get very little sleep. The room has no fridge and it was very warm with no air conditioning. I will never book the hotel again.
Location was handy.
We arrived late after requesting late check in and the hotel approved it. Then when we arrived they had provided a code that didn’t work on their digital check in terminal. There are no staff on location and the phone number was not attended after 10.30pm. We had to sleep on the floor of another guests room for the first night!!!!!!!When speaking to the staff the next morning they tried to tell me my booking didn’t come through on booking.com but I have emails and messages from the hotel in the weeks leading up to our stay.
The location is wonderful, right in the center. Loved the pin entrance!
The room was a bit smaller then expected but overall 9/10.
Room was neat and comfortable, bathroom was clean and user friendly, breakfast was delicious. Good location for our agenda.
Check in was confused. PIN numbers were provided, but room numbers were difficult to discern.
Very quiet room.Located at 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Easy check-in procedure.
The curtains are not thick enough. For people who are used to sleep in complete darkness, this may be a problem.
Smooth check in via machine, tasty coffee and comfy beds, beautiful window view to gate tower and church. Very central.
No elevator, no bottled water, another Aspire hotel in Reutlingen felt better, but maybe if i hadnt stayed in both, i would have rated this one higher :)
Excellent location. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable room. Parking garage close.
No staff. Email was not sent regarding our entry code so we had to call. We saw many people having to do the same thing. Very inconvenient. The sink in one of the bathrooms leaked water all over the floor. Also, of the four rooms we rented, none had hot water in the mornings and a few of the nights. No elevator.
