Unique location. Cool boutique hotel. Super comfy bet. Awesome bathroom. Excellent breakfast

Parking was tricky. But if you can find some on the street it¿s free.

Good hotel, in the city center. Cozy room with nice facilities

There were some construction works nearby, looked like temporarily. Besides that, a great place.

Room as per photos. No reception but used the lockbox with no issues. The Central location.Kitchen very useful. Would recommend.

Dated, and shutters banging all night in the wind, Staff did nothing when told

Tucked away in a quiet corner all whilst being right around the city centre. The hotel and room has everything a gust can possibly ask for. It is extremely clean, comfortable and charming. Staff are very professional and friendly. For a zero-fuss stay in Baden-Baden this hotel a great pick.

Location was good, room and bed were clean.

Beds were worn out. Generally the area seemed quiet, though note to others: on a Saturday night and I was woken by drunks a few times.

It is a little cozy hotel with modern equipment. Price/Value is great and the location directly in the city centre is perfect for a night inBaden-Baden.Well done!

City center

During the evening, there was no staff available at the hotel. I tried to contact them three times via email and Booking.com because they were not present, but I received no response at all. People book hotels instead of Airbnbs mainly for the comfort and 24/7 staff availability, which was disappointingly not the case here. This experience was quite disappointing.Also, no Air- Conditioniar

Front desk clerk was rude, hostile to my family member, and swore at us as we walked out. Staff was supposed to be reachable by whatsapp, however their phone was not receiving messages during our stay. When I reported this to the desk in the morning, he repeatedly tried to blame me and my phone rather than accept that they had not been reachable. My message inquiring about breakfast from the evening before was not delivered or read by staff until 15 minutes after I checked out.Tourist tax charged after arrival in cash only instead of thru booking.com. No payment app like venmo, zelle etc accepted.

Great location. Close to center of town. Staff was extremely helpful as PIN provided by booking.com did t work so we had to call them at 11pm!

Hotel was really good located, just behind the city center.

Wı-fı is not working in our room. Due to it is small hotel, there is no voice insulation.

Very easy to check in. Room was very comfortable, clean and the bed was super comfy. The hostess was very attentive,She send over all the necessary info and a nice txt when we left. Also it is great value for your money and just a couple of steps to the center!

Spacious apartment in city centre, near conference centre. Clean.

Based on their standard messages they usually send the keybox codes a day in advance. However, since they accept bookings on the same day, they should have a system to provide the codes or be available.Everything turned out fine, but I had some difficulty getting hold of the hotel staff to request my keycode. They didn't respond to my messages for over an hour after I tried contacting them from the train. And they only responded to the phone number they provided after two attempts.
