The bed was the worst I have ever experienced. I slept on the floor. The mattrass is old and worn, its a disgrace they still use it.

Untrustable information about parking lots for our motorbikes (eventually we parked on the street), impossible to receive a full set of bath towels for 3 persons (eventually we use set of 2 for 3 people)

Yes, the breakfast was good, but it was additional opcion 15 euro and in a neighbour hotel.The view from my window was perfect, and the hotel is situated in the historical centre

I came to the hotel at 3 pm, but my room was not prepared, and i was waiting the service 30 minutes.

Location is amazing, very close to the thermal baths.

The fridge didn't work, the wifi only worked occasionally, the door lets all the sound through; so it was incredibly disturbing and loud whenever there were people outside the room (including if you want to sleep in until 9 am on the weekend).

Personnel. Complaints receive sympathetic nod of head and, in the case of flaky WLAN, promise to call a “specialist” … who never seems to solve the problem.

For the price it was as expected. However no parking for motorcycles proved a challenge. The city hates them and we used this as an overnight stop for our Euro trip. Staff were lovely and rooms were fine for a low budget stay.

The location is perfect, the room was clean and we had a bottle of water.

The bed and pillow was not comfortable at all. The mattress looked old and the bottom sheet was cheap. The other quests were noisy, especially during the night.

The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly and fenerous.

There was no tv nor internet - we understood that the management had just changed hands so there were some kinks for them to work out.The shower leaked and the towels were a bit ratty. It felt like we were in accommodations from the 70’s. The location is fantastic, especially if you are in Baden-Baden for the spas…

The excellent and quiet location in the old town of Baden Baden directly across from the Friedrichsbad. My single room was a larger size and they gave me my room request on an upper floor. I appreciated that the hotel has an elevator.The breakfast buffet is in a well appointed room and the server brings a jug of coffee to your table. This is a nice touch as many places now have those self serve, push a button coffee machines. Fresh rolls, muesli, boiled eggs, sliced meats, tomatoes,cucumbers, yogurts, cheeses, juice are all on offer.

If you arrive after 6 pm you have to collect your keys at their other hotel which is the Hotel Lanterne, a 5 minute walk away.. This could have been better communicated to me as I had informed then my train was delayed. When I did collect my keys, one of their staff walked me back to the hotel.which was nice.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast all great.

Fabulous top floor suites with patio. Great location.

WiFi didn’t work in one of the rooms. We had 2 suites.

The location was okay and breakfast too but at another location.

We had to walk when we arrived after a long drive to another hotel and then back also for breakfast and check out.

A Disappointment.

The hotel was fully hooked and transferred us to another hotel, whose location is very hard to reach, especially for someone with a kinderwagen. The lady at this new hotel was also not friendly and helpful, all in all, I am very disappointed. I understand over-booking happens all the time, but the way this hotels handles its customers are quite unsatisfactory.

This hotel is literally right across the street from the Friedrichsbad Therme and two blocks from Caracalla. What they don't tell you is that you get a Baden-Baden Guest card which gives you discounts at the Thermes and other spots around the town. At first the check in lady wanted me to leave my bike downstairs, but I told her I was more comfortable leaving it in the room. She acquiesced and I was a much happier guest not having to worry about my $1000+ bike.

Fan was broken, but it wasn't that hot, so I didn't mind that much. Opened the window and let the cool breeze drift in! Beautiful night after taking in the Caracalla Therme.

Had to walk back to Laterne restaurant to check in as the building is not staffed at all after 5pm... ?? room was good, clean and in a lovely area of town. Also had a very good view of Friedrichsbad from my room The staff at the restaurant were friendly and welcoming for check in, but the staff at breakfast were quite inattentive. Breakfast was ok, small variety. coffee was really good. The restaurant next door 'MoMo Modern Bistro' was absolutely fantastic for dinner and the owners are so nice.
