Very good breakfast. Very clean. Very good location. The staff was very friendly but it was easy to feel the stress of the manager by all guests.

The heater in the room wasn’t working.

This was a very nice and clean hotel with a perfect location and a friendly atmosphere. The room and common areas were well-kept, and everything felt comfortable. The breakfast was good and a great start to the day. Overall, excellent value in Baden-Baden. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come again.

Huge bathroom, comfortable room, very clean. They accommodated my early checkout time.

Had to use a physical key rather than a card or code, but it wasn’t too bad.

The hotel is very well located in the center of the town, the staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfasts are excellent! Highly recommended!

The hotel was just in the city center, close to the old town and Lichtentaler Allee. The staff was also very friendly. Room clean and quite spacious.

There was no lift, so it was a bit hard to carry on the heavy luggage by the winding stairs. Also shampoo/body cream was too small and not enough even for one time shower.

In good location. To explore the city. Hotel has elevator, but to get into hotel there are several stairs. Very good breakfast.

the guesthouse was really clean and practical. The rooms are cozy and the location is fantastic. it's right outside the bus stops that have links to axlot of places in Baden Baden and really easy to navigate. we went specifically for the Christmas market and it was on the doorstep also close to the spas.

it's no so much I didn't l didn't like, I just think more effort could be made at breakfast, it was sparce and not a lot to eat for me who is gluten free, even though I did msg them in advance and got a short email back to say itsxwhat ever it is on the day, I think a little more effort could be made when they know

The location is excellent, the room was clean and the hotel offers a good breakfast. I wish there was more information about local public transport and a bit stronger wifi signal.

The shower head wasn't correctly mounted...water went all over instead of coming correctly through the shower head

There was no parking available, although I thought that I booked based off parking being an option.

The pillow and duvet was bad. Thin duvet and very lumpy pillow.

The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was pretty good and well supplied. A good hotel for families or group travellers.

There is no real common area, not a place to stay if you wish to be social or meet new people.

The location is great if you're using the public buses. The breakfast is excellent and offers a lot of variety.

The buildings are quite close together and you will get noise from nearby hotels. There really isn't a view from the windows.

Great location a few minutes walk from all the main sights and close to bus terminus with many lines. Central but quiet area in the evenings and felt safe. I saw some people complain the rooms are small but for a single the room was a very good size, nice to have AC and a fridge in the room too. All clean and well kept. Breakfast was as expected, good range and many places. Good value for the area.

Staff were friendly but seemed to lack some information.

The room was on the 2nd floor and at the back of the building so there was not much street noise. It was clean and everything worked as it shouldBreakfast was self service, and was good

Very quiet and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is as new and large.

Friendly and helpful staff, close to bus stand and super market, cleanliness, surrounded by restaurants and bars.

No complain against hotel management. But a city view through the window could be better.
