Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Easy walk to the historic section of Baden-Baden.

It is a wonderful old-style charming hotel and is perfectly located close to the city center. It is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are friendly, kind, and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay

The breakfast is so basic and could be better

Although a bit dated, the rooms were very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The staff were all friendly.

Great location, a bit old school hotel, but very clean and cute. Nice people and great experience in general. Also the view from the window was amazing. Would stay there again!

Best breakfast ever! The included breakfast had everything a traveler could want for breakfast. Fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, eggs, breads of all sorts, coffees teas etc. Loved the location away from many tourists but easy to walk to the center. The staff was attentive kinda and excellent.

The property overall is a bit dated needing fresh paint here and there excluding the breakfast room which seems very new. The room was very nice, very clean with lovely modern bathroom.

The toilet and shower were ok. The carpet's on the floor were really nice. Was very spacious.

No double bed as I booked. And the covers were very small. No mini fridge.

Good location and just a walk distannce to the center, the breakfast is good, the room is clean, and the hotel staff are very kind and very helpful to give us all information we need.

Not a good quality bed,no ventilation, no sun blind or curtains, hair dryer was not working, no fridge, very basic breakfast.

I liked the old but cosy vibes from the place. The staff were super supportive and helpful. Also my room was super clean and comfortable.

Good location near town centre, cafe, restaurants, supermarket, bus stop. Hotel was quiet and comfortable.

Hotel building is old (everything worked fine but don't expect everything to be modern and shiny)

Clean, close to the city centre, friendly and helpful staff at early and late shift. Beds were really comfortable. Got an earlier check in and an upgrade.

A mini bar in the room would of been the cherry on the cake.

The location - the hotel is really close to the city center.Breakfast was varied and good.Room was spacious and it has a nice terrace.

It was quite cold during the night and the radiator did not work properly.The furniture was a bit dated.
